Coleen Rooney In Azzedine Alaia – Wimbledon Men’s Final

Coleen Rooney In Azzedine Alaia - Wimbledon Men’s Final

Coleen Rooney and Manchester United football star hubby Wayne Rooney put on their Sunday best for the Men’s Singles Final between Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray, held at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, London yesterday afternoon.

Coleen joined many celebrity guests including Victoria Beckham in celebrating Andy Murray’s win.

The WAG wore a distinctive Azzedine Alaïa frock with a scooped neckline and fit-and-flare silhouette.

Sporting a very orange glow, Coleen styled her look with a nude Saint Laurent clutch and ‘Tribtoo’ pumps, with a simple ponytail providing the finishing touches.

You may remember that Britney Spears first wore this timeless frock back in May 2012 for the X Factor Kansas auditions.

Its a lovely dress but just not suitable for Coleen. She’d look better in a pencil style dress. This is a little try too hard but we all have our off days.

    lemme be the first one

I looove how she is embrasing her post pregnancy figure. she’s clearly not afraid to wear a waist hugging dress and she is working it well

    she is doing great

Hate the heels and the tan, LOVE the dress.

  4. Nat39 July 8, 2013 at 20:42 #

The dress simply doesn’t suit her in this length and silhouette, wrong for her body type and too young and girly for her.

This is one sentence I never thought I would utter: “It looked better on Britney”.

zzz, cant see any difference from the countless other similar alaia dresses she wears.

She’s always dressed with this fit-and-flare silhouette in all her pictures on this blog. It gives the perception that she’s wearing the same outfit all the time, like any comic superhero.

    Unfortunate choice.

with trunks as legs, I can confirm that she’s way too fat to wear something that short. I can only imagine Alia’s reaction to see someone so un-suitable for the brand in the brand. She should stick to her high street labels, suits her class more.

She looks bad but did you really have to insult her ? Grow up!Fashion is for everyone who can afford it. You should work for Abercromie and Fitch. You’re as classy as he is…

    • KatieKate July 8, 2013 at 20:05 #

I think calling someone fat is as classy as using a racial slur.

  10. Beth Rodrigues July 8, 2013 at 14:24 #

Far too short..How does anyone actually sit in something that short!

  11. addaloria July 8, 2013 at 13:49 #

    Too tight, too short.

  12. Bella July 8, 2013 at 13:15 #

This girl makes anything look tacky and the accessories are so uninspiring… go away Coleen.

  13. dee July 8, 2013 at 13:09 #

This dress doesn’t work on her.

  14. Cookie July 8, 2013 at 11:32 #

Oh God. Imma make like a bird and say “CHEEEEEEAAAAAP!”

    • Edie July 9, 2013 at 01:49 #

The sad thing is it wasn’t cheap to look like that. 🙁 Imagine her, and her budget, under the influence of a competent stylist.

      • Cookie July 9, 2013 at 08:36 #

I’m assuming at this point in his stellar career, Mr Alaia won’t take this too seriously.

Tack-o-rama. The dress is an unflattering shape for her and too short. Paired with that orange tan it looks more high street then Paris atelier.

  16. Jolene July 8, 2013 at 11:00 #

She makes Alaia looks cheap and vulgar. Oh Jesus…

  17. LeeAnn July 8, 2013 at 10:59 #

I have no idea why but seing her in this outfit makes me think of the Dancing Hippos in Fantasia.

    • Cookie July 8, 2013 at 11:33 #

Hey! Don’t make fun of Hyacinth Hippo. She was cool, and this is just… Not.

      • Beta July 8, 2013 at 11:53 #

        lol +1
this lady cant dress to save her life
Murray’s gf was the best IMO

  18. Yeliz July 8, 2013 at 10:58 #

This looks tacky to me. It’s not very flattering either.

    • Charlotte July 8, 2013 at 11:29 #

      I agree.
It reminds me Victoria Beckam saying she stopped fake tan, it was too “footballer wife” 🙂
