Jing Tian In Georges Hobeika Couture – 16th Shanghai Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Jing Tian In Georges Hobeika Couture - 16th Shanghai Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Following her BDOTW win 2 weeks ago, Jing Tian was back out on the red carpet for the closing ceremony of the 16th Shanghai Film Festival on Sunday evening.

The beautiful actress wore another Georges Hobeika Spring 2013 Couture gown.

On this occasion, she selected a gorgeous gown in a nude-rose organza featuring a delicately embroidered lace top.

This look is just as pretty, but has more simplicity than her dramatic opener.

Which look do you prefer?

The other gown was beautiful, but it felt too bridal for me, so I prefer this look. This gown is simply stunning Although the creases on the skirt are bothering me a bit, I still love this gorgeous look. BDOTW worthy.

      Agree on all points!

This dress is just sooo dreamy, but if only her skirt wasn’t so creased… Creases aside, however, I actually prefer this one to her previous gown.

Also, my dear earring twin FC- great earrings as per! I actually have a matching tiger’s eye bracelet to those ones ;) xxx

thank you Elle. Nice to meet someone with such good taste :)

Another BDOTW nominee for sure. The creases are annoying, but not enough to deter me from loving this look.

While her other look was a bit too princess-bride, it was also pretty and more standout/memorable, this look is a bit bland and forgettable in comparison.

    Yawniful.

Totally agree! I couldn’t haven been in more love with this dress, and the model looks so breathtaking in it, but somehow it I feel it falls flat on her, and it’s not even due to the wrinkles.

Geez, those wrinkles are beyond, I wonder why. Anyway, this is an outstanding look, beautiful in every way. I still prefer the other, it will be nearly impossible to top. But I would still love to see this nominated for BDOTW.

She could have made sure to sit better in the limo ride over, BUT definitely still worthy of a BDOTW nod!! A lovely gown worn and styled beautifully :)

Gorgeous. Flawless–we can overlook a wrinkle or tow can’t we?

    • Rebecca Z June 26, 2013 at 02:31 #

      or maybe two :>

This is a very beautiful, delicately feminine gown. It looks stunning as presented on the runway with the movement in the skirt. Jing Tian looks beautiful too, although the creases are a little distracting.

Her previous look was stunning top of the line! This look is nice but not BDOTW worthy
