Danielle Lineker In Nina Ricci – Royal Ascot

Danielle Lineker In Nina Ricci - Royal Ascot

Danielle Lineker attended the Royal Ascot at Ascot Racecourse in England on Tuesday with her dapper husband, the former English footballer, Gary Lineker.

The Welsh model took a rather dainty, subdued approach to the day in a delicately embellished, baby-pink Nina Ricci dress.

I was even more drawn to her wide-brimmed, curlicue fascinator in an uber-light turquoise, which sat atop a well-placed side updo.

The soft pastel shades whispered spring, and her nude patent heels managed to somewhat fade into the background. Not so, though, for those putty-hued, bow-accented gloves, which distracted me from the overall look at times.

How sweet, pretty, and feminine! The dress and hat are perfection. I love the style and idea of the gloves, just wish they were pale turquoise like the hat.

Sorry, this looks is ruined by that hat. The shape is too strong for this romantic look and the color just does not go at all with her outfit. A smaller and deeper colored pink would have been so much better.

A big NO for the gloves. But I like the look. She looks beautiful and appropriate for a daylight event like Ascot.

The pieces are nice separately, but together… they don’t really match. And the gloves are completely unnecessary.

Love everything about this except the gloves.

    Gorgeous look.

She is a vision of elegance in the close up. She shouldn’t have worn the gloves, shoes are OK, makeup is great.

What a gorgeous, pretty dress. I like that she has chosen a more traditional hat shape with this dress than an “out there” fascinator. Her husband needs to hitch his pants up a notch or two.

The dress is perfect, the hat is perfect, the shoes and gloves are fine, but the whole look looks discontinuous.

+1 ! Everything is perfect, except that they don’t gel with each other.

great look but I don’t get what the gloves are doing here. So unnecessary

Exactly what I was thinking, the gloves are so unnecessary. Love the rest, the dress is gorgeous.
