2013 Critics’ Choice Television Awards Round Up

2013 Critics’ Choice Television Awards Round Up 1

Here is a roundup of the rest of the attendees at the 2013 Critics’ Choice Television Awards, held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in California on Monday.

Miranda Cosgrove: Embracing the summer season, the actress opted for a girlie Lela Rose lilac frock with perforations and a pleated skirt, which she styled with Jimmy Choo ‘Tali’ heels and a light-pink lip colour.

Sarah Paulson: The actress, who took home the Best Supporting Actress in a Movie or Mini-Series for ‘American Horror Story: Asylum’, wore a pretty Carolina Herrera nude lace-accented dress with a delightful pop of colour via her fuchsia-pink Casadei pumps.

Maria Menounos: The TV presenter always dresses like an A-list actress and this stunning teal Notte by Marchesa gown is no exception. A half-up, half-down bouffant and Dana Rebecca Designs jewels completed her gorgeous look.

2013 Critics’ Choice Television Awards Round Up 2

Elisabeth Moss: I look at the ‘Mad Men’ actress, who has once again returned to being blonde, and I’m just not sure. I love the colour, but somehow I feel like this RED Valentino dress makes her look boxy. Jimmy Choo ‘Award’ pumps completed her look.

Abigail Spencer: The actress wore a strapless J. Mendel Pre-Fall 2013 sweetheart-neckline gown featuring a painterly panel accented with a black patent belt, which she styled with black accessories and Jacob & Co. jewels. For someone who embraces colour all year round on the red carpet, I am surprised by her sombre choice on this occasion.

Lizzy Caplan: While I love Lizzy’s strapless orange Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2013 frock, which she styled with a Jimmy Choo ‘Cayla’ clutch and nude strappy Bionda Castana sandals, I wish the hair and makeup lived up to the vibrancy of the dress.

2013 Critics’ Choice Television Awards Round Up 3

Jennifer Carpenter: I don’t understand why someone would select a dress that makes them look so bottom heavy. I don’t find this Vera Wang dress to be particularly flattering on her.

Carrie Preston: The same thought applies to Carrie Preston. The silhouette is not flattering her curves at all.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus: The actress selected a beautiful high-neck Reem Acra Fall 2013 beaded dress, which she styled with Irene Neuwirth jewels, Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ sandals; however, I’m distracted by her nude bra.
