Emma Watson In Antonio Berardi – ‘The Bling Ring’ LA Press Conference

Emma Watson in Antonio Berardi - The Bling Ring LA Press Conference

Emma Watson was still glowing from Tuesday night’s premiere for ‘The Bling Ring’ while attending the press conference for the movie the following day, which was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

I gotta tell ya, the white pump trend is rapidly growing on me.

Six months ago I would’ve been wishing for a different shoe selection. Today, I love contrast against her multi-coloured, multi-textured Antonio Berardi Fall 2013 dress.

Despite this being Emma’s second out-of-season dress, I love this more than her Chanel look.

It’s so modern, yet prim and proper at the same time.

Belts are a strange thing. They can instantly change the feel of a look, which the belt has done on this occasion, making it even more desirable to me.

A pretty pink lip colour and soft, wavy tresses provided the finishing touches.

Which look do you prefer? The Chanel or the Berardi?

I like this a lot, but for me the Chanel is the winner for BDOTW nominee–it is innovative and more youthful. This is a “ladies who lunch” dress in my opinion, and while I like it very much, it is a little older than she needs to dress in my opinion.

I love Emma Watson, but how I wish she would change it up a bit. These greys and blues are just too staid and boring for summer. She looks elegant and extremely well-dressed, but never a standout.

She looks good, but I wish she would have more fun with fashion instead to sticking to dark blue-grey-black hues. She’s said to take risks with fashion, but I just can’t see them.

I agree! She’s young, rich and famous, and it’s summer so I don’t know why she isn’t opting for lighter colors instead of the mournful ones she keeps choosing.

She does both imo. She will wear a lot of colorful, risky looks like those multi-colored mini dresses or the dress she wore to the MTV movie awards this year. Then she will switch it up and go for a more classic subdued look.

I’m obsessing over her hair and make-up. It’s so pretty and natural! I like this better than the Chanel dress, too, it’s more playful.

She looks absolutely amazing. It’s a very chic, age appropriate and event appropriate look, I love it from head-to-toe. But I also loved her Chanel look from head-to-toe. Don’t know which one will make it to the BDOTW poll, but I’d be happy to see either look.

LOVE THAT LOOK! She looks so chic and elegant! Love the mais and make and her freckles! So sweet! Another BDOTW contender! Love the Chanel too! Can’t choice only one! Love the white pumps!

Yes, grey again (and it does make me wonder about weather-appropriateness), but I like this much better than the premiere look. Love the white shoes and the pink lip!

I love it much more than her Chanel look. It’so so elegant and both age and event appropriate, as said before, so I don’t see a big problem in the color. For me, this is BDOTW contender. Looking forward to see her in NY for premieres.

This look easily, her Chanel was more of a ‘coat top’, would’ve preferred a pale blue pump instead of white however.

I much prefer this as well. But why is she wearing tweed in this (finally) hot summer weather?

I find this a bit too similar to her previous look, but can’t deny she looks lovely. I still think the white pumps are a bit too jarring.

She looks fine but could have jazze it up a bit. How?

Imagine this with a sleek bob; pair it with a fun, muted burgundy belt; switch the shoes with a tonal burgundy pair of pumps. The dress would have come alive!

I like this dress, but I don’t like the belt. I feel like it did not need it in the first place, the one she is wearing has nothing to do with the rest of the look, and it creates a break in the shimmery petal panel design.
But she looks great. Love the hair and make-up. I think I prefer the Chanel look to this. It’s more cohesive.

I like the Chanel better but this is nice too. I wish she would wear some bright colours and floral prints though!

I really love the dress. She looks great but maybe the style is a tad too mature for her. The white pumps are boring and safe. Some colour needs to lift this. I liked her in the Chanel as it was more youthful and flirty.

A little too gray for me, but love her make up!

Oh and by the way FC, swedish princess Madeleine is getting married in stockholm this afternoon (8/6), so be sure to have a look at her Valentino wedding dress :-)

I prefer the Chanel. This is nice but as mentioned it is summer. I don’t like the white pumps, they are out of place here.

This is a great dress. I would remove the sheer insert but other than that I really like it. The tweeds are very harmonious. I don’t like the white pumps with it though.
