Elizabeth Debicki In Christian Dior – ‘The Great Gatsby’ Sydney Premiere

Elizabeth Debicki In Christian Dior - ‘The Great Gatsby’ Sydney Premiere

Elizabeth Debicki attended ‘The Great Gatsby’ Sydney premiere, held at Moore Park in Australia this evening, alongside co-star Carey Mulligan.

The up-and-coming Australian actress threw me without her raven bob, which she rocks in the movie.

She wore a Christian Dior Spring 2013 sleeveless cashmere top with a floral organza skirt, similar to a look which we’ve seen on Anna Wintour back in October.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait for the celebs to move past this collection as I’m having a case of repetitive red carpet syndrome.

I am sooo sick and tired of seeing these exact same dresses but with different color skirts. Move on ladies, there were a lot of other shows that season.

When I first saw this look at Dior. I was stunned by it… You’re right… This look has been used so many times, but not properly… This and Leelee’s gotta be the best styling.. Plus the couture shoes she’s wearing… BDOFW!!!

I agree.she looks wonderful in this .i was just going to comment on the couture shoes -

I believe it’s the first time I like a look with this dress although similar dresses have been featured here before, she has pulled it off

I agree, she wears it well, even though the collection can’t wow anymore (if it ever did) given its familiarity (ubiquity even?).

Meh. I’m also over this collection, although to be fair, it’s not because the designs are boring, it’s because so many celebrities have worn them without much success. The styling here is such a letdown. Those black pumps are awful, and those bracelets don’t belong.

Love it! I d just prefer the length and pattern of the runway version.

I’m tired of this collection too and I agree that we’ve seen this skirt or a similar one several times on the red carpet, but this has to be the best look. Since Elizabeth is very tall, the skirt doesn’t have an awkward length on her. I’m not loving the shoes, but overall she looks really nice.

Well done. This is by far the best presentation of the design I have seen. (Lee Lee’s was utterly ruined by those hideous sock-shoes she wore.)

So, now that I have seen the BEST of this, I can only pray that it will also be the LAST. ;)

The skirt is too long for her. Didn’t like it a bit!

Ugh I am so sick of this Dior collection. Can we please move on…

So tired of this collection, but actually, she wore this look and this collection better than anyone! Thumbs up from me, for her, but overall I am OVER it.
