Rosario Dawson In Marchesa – ‘Cleopatra’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Rosario Dawson In Marchesa - 'Cleopatra' Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Rosario Dawson was able to quickly redeem herself this evening at the ‘Cleopatra’ Cannes Film Festival premiere, following the poor showing on the red carpet last night.

On this occasion she wore a Marchesa Resort 2013 gown.

The sparking golden creation featured puffy sleeves and a fishtail skirt that she styled with a diamond cuff, which wasn’t needed, and a Ferragamo clutch.

Sweeping locks and a hot red lip colour completed her look.

This is much improved for me. What say you?

This is really beautiful, the gown is so pretty, I love the playful puffy sleeves, her hair is gorgeous and the bright lippie is a great finishing touch. She looks sexy, confident and radiant. The cuff is a bit too much but I can forgive it. Well done.

The dress is gorgeous but the styling is a real buzz killer. The cuff and the clutch are wrong, the hairstyle unflatters the puffy sleeves and the hot red lip competes with the dress. with the proper styling this could’ve been an outstanding look.

Now this is more like it. Although I’m not a fan of the cuff with this gown, the overall look is much better than her previous look. She looks stunning.

    way to redeem yourself!

Huge improvement! The dress is lovely and so flattering to her figure. Her styling may be less than perfect but the effect is still beautiful.

Agree, much improved! I even like the puffed sleeves. They brought a smile to my face because they brought to mind Anne of Green Gables, who wanted the “puffiest” of sleeves.

This is more like it although I wish she didn’t wear a bracelet and wore her hair up.

This is pretty! She’s very gorgeous but I always find her and style very boring.

Most improved award. This is beautiful. Definitely a contender for today’s Best Dressed award.

The sleeves might have to grow on me a little more, but they go well with the rest of the gown. Not perfect, but I agree a great improvement!

Hooray! She looks beautiful and the fit is perfect.
The Elie Saab did nothing to enhance ever beauty.

LOVE this!!! BDOTD for me. This was one of my favorite gowns of the Resort collection and I’m thrilled to see it done justice. Just beautiful. Glad to see Rosario in a flattering dress. The cuff is slightly too much but other than that I love it.
