Lea Seydoux In Louis Vuitton – ‘Grand Central’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Lea Seydoux In Louis Vuitton - 'Grand Central' Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Lea Seydoux attended the Cannes Film Festival premiere of her latest movie ‘Grand Central’ which took place at the Palais des Festivals in France this evening.

She looked stunning wearing periwinkle blue Louis Vuitton custom-made bustier gown featuring the same degrade sequin detailing we saw on several pieces in the Fall 2013 collection with a signature Louis Vuitton bow at the back of the ivory silk satin bustier

Silver Jimmy Choo pumps provided a touch more sparkle to her look, as did her Louis Vuitton jewels.

After sporting a light, careful beauty look for her photocall earlier in the day, the French actress worked dark rouge lip on this occasion.

As expected, she didn’t let me down.

LV doesnt make great gowns idk why people continue to be dressed by louis vuitton. This is just okay for me, her beauty is the only thing I like.

Agree with the LV comment, but I think that on this occasion the gown is beautiful. It fits Lea wonderfully, she looks stunning. I also love the playful bow on the back.

Wow! Beautiful! Love the degradé sequined hem!
And those red nails just make her get a 10!

Nothing super spectacular, but this is really good, I love the subtle drama via the sequin detailing on the skirt. Her styling is impeccable. This is beautiful, elegant and exciting without being overly dramatic.

      +1

I don’t like the top of the dress, the bottom is very beautiful, I have a thing for sequins!

  7. Yeliz May 18, 2013 at 18:53 #

Absolutely stunning. This is one of the few Louis Vuitton gowns which I really love. Flawless from head to toe.

I liked it until the bottom, where things got tacky. The tie-dyed glitter look was not appealing 10 years ago and it isn’t today. She would have looked so much more elegant had she kept that pale blue cover all the way through. Would have been a clean look.

    Easily my best dressed tonight.

The lip and nails against the color of the dress? Gorgeous.

Love everything about this look, she looks amazing

I don’t particularly care for the dress. I might like it better without the inexplicable white trim but I don’t know.

What I do like is her beautiful styling, which lifts the overall look to a much higher level than the dress itself. Well done!

ITA. This dress is something of a mishmash. I like some of the elements but wonder what’s the point of some others. But her assurance and styling makes the whole greater than the sum of the parts.

She looks glorious. Love her makeup.

  13. EmmaWoodhouse May 18, 2013 at 21:50 #

The skirt is beautiful, the perfect, classy way to do a slit/high-lo hemline without being tacky. The degrade sequins are a dram. I also love the color. The only let down is the top of the gown, which is a bit too simple/generic…I would have loved with with filmy off the shoulder sequined sleeves, but overall this look is BDOTD worthy.

Strapless dresses just cry out for a necklace, especially when the woman wears her hair up. That, or bolder earings. (FYI, I’m on a one-woman comment campaign to get stars back into jewelry.)

    Otherwise, she’s very pretty.

I this is quite elegant and beautiful.

Not my pick. I don’t like this Louis Vuitton.

Just lovely! I love that blue colour of the bodice, the sliver degrade sequins is interesting and her simple, chic styling is perfect- beautiful!

  18. Angela May 19, 2013 at 03:27 #

Everything about this look to me is a total win. I love the degradé hem, it adds a pretty sparkle to the simple pale blue bodice. And adding the glittery pumps were a fantastic choice. Add all that plus the deep red pops and we have a classic, feminine, and interesting look (the only great one of the day IMO.)

  19. Jess2 May 19, 2013 at 05:00 #

Stunning! I love this from head to toe.

  20. Alina May 19, 2013 at 13:45 #

I love this! It’s simple, but with a twist.

  21. B May 19, 2013 at 20:45 #

I like the color and the heels and jewelery, NOT that horribly unfinished “ombre effect” gown. Louis Vuitton should stick to bags and pretty much it. Sorry, but that ombre effect is rediculous and needs work, alot of work!
