Berenice. Fan would have gotten my vote had it not been for the plunge-neck.

Berenice Bejo in Alexis Mabille Couture

  4. rebecca May 18, 2013 at 03:45 #

    what a boring 3 days!

Sara Forestier, something beyond the gowns that begin to just all mush together. Cannes doesn’t have to always be over the top…….I liked bernice’s attempt to do something different too

    Fbb is the best!

just wondered, why fan bingbing shows up everyday?

  8. Prudence May 18, 2013 at 01:36 #

My vote goes to Fan because she is truly spectacular, everyone else is fairly meh. So far I am not so impressed with Cannes, never have I disliked so many looks on these women, I hope things pick up.

    Berenice Bejo hands down.

Not as rich as yesterday’s choices, but still Fan BingBing brought it. I much prefer this cut to the princess ball gown style that Zhang Yuqi wore.

  11. Lola May 17, 2013 at 22:53 #

None of these i agree. FBB with her eternal Elie Saab “upstaging-by-pastels”…and frou frou gowns this style completely lavks style. Zhangs design and color was so much more exiting! Berenice did different like noone else nicec try! For mr it’s Doutzen…even if her boobs need a little assistance

I can’t vote! Most these ladies look old and/or dowdy with the exception of Doutzen, who just looks too trashy for Cannes (Vegas? Sure). I will never understand full length sleeves on the red carpet. The only thing new or interesting to me here is Sara Forestier’s Dress & Shoe combo. But the finishing touches are not enough to really give here any kind of Wow factor.

  12. Moxie May 17, 2013 at 22:46 #

Of these, the only one I really love is Fan Bingbing. She is H2T perfection.

    • Moxie May 17, 2013 at 22:47 #

It was a dull day at Cannes apparently, as FBB was the only standout (in a good way) for me.

  13. Rita May 17, 2013 at 22:45 #

Sara Forestier ,even though I don’t like her hair. The dress is beyond gorgeous and the red shoes are more than perfect.

Fan Bingbing really brought it, jaw-droppingly stunning. I’m not going to overlook this stunner just because Zhang wore a similar design earlier, Fan upstaged Zhang by a very long mile, if you ask me – the effect of icy colour and exquisite jewels and her natural beauty and poise is so much more striking, I can overlook the boobage (and the clutch) on this occasion. She gets my vote, Doutzen Kroes is my runner-up.
Berenice’s look was the most unusual but not a success, it all looked like an attempt to combine the elements in a more original way but it didn’t work unfortunately.

Agree 100% on Fan Bing Bing. Minor flaws aside, the look is absolutely stunning and easily gets my vote too.

This post is the first one I have seen today and wow! Trying to choose between FBB and Sara in the Valli.

  16. Yeliz May 17, 2013 at 22:31 #

Since I’m not wowed by any of the gowns, my vote goes to Sara Forestier, even though I disliked her hair and her look was underwhelming for Cannes.

  17. Annel May 17, 2013 at 22:26 #

Tough one between Doutzen, Fan Bingbing and Bejo. The amazing Versace design of Doutzen’s dress won me over though.

  18. Lex May 17, 2013 at 22:17 #

    None of these.
    For me, Rooney Mara.
