Coco Rocha walked the red carpet at Monday’s Met Gala at the The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
The star of ‘The Face’ worked a Emanuel Ungaro by Fausto Puglisi design from Fall 2013.
Coco’s high-neck, long-sleeved gown had a lot going on between the thigh-high slit, leopard print, and the 3D gold butterfly details across the bust and arms.
The model opted for a longer version than what went down the runway and I can’t say I’m pleased. If anyone can pull off this intense design it’s Coco, but with the added leopard from the extra length of the gown, my eyes really don’t know where to focus.
What do you think of Coco’s wildly embellished look? Too much or just enough punk?

Between this look and her clown look last year I don’t know which is worse.
Like the dress.
Hate the hair.
Hate the shoes.
I may be the only one here but I actually like it. Thankfully she kept the styling simple to let the gown shine on its own because she’s really on the edge here. Anything else, a tiny earring, a ring or even a clutch would’ve ruined the whole look.
I love, love, love her sleek hair and makeup.
Too. Much. Leopard.
me no likey.
Not good. And the clip on bangs are just terrible.
Not great but I actually prefer this to last years disaster. I love her hair and makeup here, the extra print is a bit much.
this is unagreeable to me
Don’t like the length…
I’d prefer the original version on her. The long skirt was needless.
Same here… the shorter version would be a killer.
I would’ve liked this better if she kept the short length.
I hate animal print in casual looks, let alone in a gown.. It’s a no for me.
This is too much. Not feeling anything.
Ditto.
Agree
LEOPARD…OVERLOAD…*DIES*
Haha, JK. I love Coco but this look is BAD. I don’t like it at all. Didn’t like last year’s look from her either–as FC astutely said in her round-up last year, “Get Zac Posen back on your Speed-Dial!”
