Julie Bowen attended the Los Angeles Modernism Show & Sale held at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California yesterday evening.

The actress wore a Zuhair Murad Fall 2012 dress.

I hate to say it, but the sex appeal of this long-sleeved black sequin off-the-shoulder dress with a sheer skirt is totally lost on Julie.

The hair is the biggest crime here, as it mummifies what should’ve been a sensational look.

I can picture this dress on Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Blake Lively and visualize far more satisfying results.
