Jaimie Alexander In Marc Bouwer – ‘Iron Man 3′ LA Premiere

Jaimie Alexander In Marc Bouwer - 'Iron Man 3' LA Premiere

Jaimie Alexander may have been trying to steal the spotlight from Gwyneth Paltrow when she took to the red carpet at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, California for the ‘Iron Man 3′ premiere last night.

The actress stood out wearing a bright-yellow Marc Bouwer gown.

Her strapless gown, which hugs her curves, features an embellished neckline and cut-out detail, which adds yet more sex appeal to her look.

Like Zhang Ziyi, Jaimie is a Marc Bouwer devotee, having worn the designer on several occasions during the promo tour for ‘The Last Stand’ and most recently for the 2013 SAG Awards.

Kohl-rimmed eyes and a nude lip colour completed her look.

This look is yet an example of: that less is more, and less skin isn’t necessarily less sexy…the color is devine on her. Gwyneth eat your heart out…

Very fresh, love the makeup and minimal styling! Wish the hair was a bit more polished but otherwise, flawless.

Love the dress and the colour, but those bikini tan lines really annoy me!

      I thought the same!

BDOTW contender IMO! Love that colour!

Except for the hair, which is too messy, I love this.
Oh, I’ll forgive the hair. This is stunning!

That’s exactly what I thought, lol, in the same order. A bona fide “wow” moment indeed!

Beautiful! I love everything about this look! Fresh, sexy, smart and classy. This could be my BDOTW.

I’m far more impressed with this yellow gown look than Olivia Munn’s earlier in the week. Her eyes really pop here.

  10. Christine April 25, 2013 at 15:48 #

    Love this dress and color.

  11. EmmaWoodhouse April 25, 2013 at 15:53 #

Way better than Gwyneth’s look, imo. It’s also an improvement on the yellow gown Olivia Munn wore this week. I don’t like the split neckline but otherwise it’s chic.

  12. Yeliz April 25, 2013 at 15:53 #

This is so much better than Gwyneth’s tacky look. The beautiful neckline is what keeps this look from being boring. Her simple hair and makeup also work. This is a BDOTW worthy look in my eyes.

    OMG. BDOTW nominee!!

  14. Lisa April 25, 2013 at 16:27 #

    LOVE this color!

She looks lovely. However, I’m confused as to why she is in a gown and so dressed up. Since she’s not in the movie, I think she’s dressed inappropriately. Wait until it’s your movie’s premiere to break out the gown.

  16. Kathy April 25, 2013 at 18:31 #

Flawless. I love the simplicity of the look, yet it makes such a strong impact. I do agree with Cecilia, though, that it was the wrong occasion to go all out. She’s upstaging the stars of the movie and it’s not a crime, but it’s unfair. There’s a time and place for an eye-catching gown, and there’s a time and place for a less attention-grabbing dress.

great dress, nice makeup. She looks fantastic but I have to admit I was surprised to read in the comments she wasn’t in the movie. Well, I wish she kept this for her own premiere. Nevertheless she looks fantastic
