Rita Ora In Jeremy Scott & J.W. Anderson – Lacoste L!ve 4th Annual Desert Pool Party

Rita Ora In Jeremy Scott & JW Anderson - Lacoste L!ve 4th Annual Desert Pool Party

Channeling her full-on wild-child side, Rita Ora let her T-shirt do all the talking at the Lacoste L!ve Fourth Annual Desert Pool Party, hosted on Saturday in Thermal, California as part of Coachella’s first big 2013 weekend.

Her loud message top was from the Fall 2013 collection of the reigning king of punk, Jeremy Scott, though I’m glad she swapped the shiny garbage-bag mini from the runway for J.W. Anderson’s ‘Spongy’ lilac-pink pleat skirt.

With her black sneakers, Carrera by Safilo sunglasses, blonde curls and bold red lippie, this is grunge-pretty at its finest.

Anywhere else, this concoction would have landed the British songstress a worst-dressed title. But, for Coachella, there’s something about her slightly manic look that is mildly appealing.

You can just imagine her playfully chanting, ‘kids rule, adults drool.’

All this skirt needs is a little black poodle.

Big giant NO from me… I will never get Rita Ora.

I kinda like the shirt, but that’s it.

if she wore a different top like a white tee this would’ve looked better.

Ha. I’m showing my age here but I read the t-shirt as “Adults suck WHEN you are one” and I was thinking “Ain’t that the truth?”. Maybe I just wasn’t anti-adult enough when I was a “kid”.

    The outfit? Hideous.

Although I like the idea of a tshirt and a long skirt (it’s still breezy but an alternative to the usual quite skimpy outfits) my main issue with this is the two colours they just clash too much.

The silly lines on a T-shirt things is a bit passe but I like the skirt.

The skirt is cute. The rest of the outfit is loud, juvenile, vulgar and unappealing–just like always.
