Ashley Tisdale In Philip Armstrong – Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Ashley Tisdale In Philip Armstrong - Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

Ashley Tisdale made a guest appearance on Jimmy Fallon – which is taped in New York City – last night to promote her latest movie, ‘Scary Movie 5’.

The actress selected a Philip Armstrong lace mini dress for the occasion, which featured crystal details on the shoulders.

From Ashley’s last look, I was hopeful that she was finally on the right path, but wearing yet another ice-skater-style frock with a horrid illusion neckline dashes those hopes.

She has a distinct style and, no matter how much I wish it would evolve, it appears like that’s not going to happen any time soon.

The look was styled with a fishtail braid and pewter pumps.

She always selects dresses which are way too twee for her and this look is no exception. I really liked her last look but this one is the same HSM Ashley all over again.

I don’t think this is a bad look overall. And it does not really look ice skater like. I do hope she does better for the premiere later tonight.

And she had better looks during the promo for this
    movie

It’s not that bad… I like hair (would have prefered a messy bun though) and dress (not really ice skate vibe), but the shoes are hideous.

I like the dress, but not with those shoes. The pairing is bad and doesn’t make sense! With such a delicate dress, she needed feminine sandals, not clunky platforms. (As an figure skater, I have to disagree with the skating dress comparison. It’s too fitted, has a plunging illusion neckline and enough lace and not to look like one.)

    unflattering much?

The dress is unflattering, too short, and I don’t like the sheer insert. Her hair is all I like here–the shoes are so clunky.

The dress is nice except the shoulder area. The shoes are not bad either. The thing I really dislike is her hair.

I don’t think that this illusion neckline looks at all like what ice skaters wear. There are illusion necklines that do look very cute without looking ice skater esque and this is one of them.

I think she looks very pretty and I’m liking her hair color right now much better than the blonde although I prefer the very dark brunette but this lighter brunette works on her too.

I wish she chose different shoes though.
