Olivia Wilde In Monique Lhuillier – Marie Claire Honors Olivia Wilde And Her April Cover

Olivia Wilde In Monique Lhuillier - Marie Claire Honors Olivia Wilde And Her April Cover

Marie Claire held a party to celebrate Olivia Wilde and her April cover in New York City yesterday evening.

I’m going to hold my own personal celebration because Olivia is finally wearing a colour other than black.

Digging deep into her spring closet, the actress wore a fruitful Monique Lhuillier Resort 2013 frock.

Her yellow-and-white printed knee-length dress with a fitted bodice and flared skirt was styled with the ever-popular Jimmy Choo ‘Lance’ sandals in bronze and drop earrings.

In total contrast to her look, she opted for ocean-blue eye makeup with a soft nude lip colour.

An elegant updo completed her look. Here’s hoping Olivia reaches for the more colourful side of her closet in future.

She looks gorgeous. This is a beautiful summery dress.

Wow, I really don’t remember seeing her in such a summery color. The blue eye makeup is doing wonders for the look.
I would have picked up a different color sandal, but its not a big deal as she’e looking very pretty.

i thank the dear lord for this look. otherwise i always found myself groaning when i saw olivia wilde featured.

this is a very interesting look. the blue on her eyes and the pink on her nails are like accessories to that beautiful dress. and even then it’s all so much in sync. don’t mind the bronze sandals at all. she looks flawless after a very very long time!

I still love this collection. I would have selected gold sandals and kept the belt. But just happy she’s in a look that bright and charming.

Wow. For me this is one of her best non-gown looks ever. Simply stunning and flawless, especially hair and make-up (and I don’t often like her hairstyle). This would be a BDOTW nominee for my book.

Too cute. I love this look.

Love everything but that swoop of hair across her forehead which did not stay in place. Kind of ruins the sophistication of her look.

Beautiful dress, but i wish she had gone with bright lip

Yellow and white are such a perfect summer combination. Love the dress, and the bronze shoes are better than the black that I thought they were, but could’ve been even better in gold.

Nice to see some refreshing colour on her but I don’t think this dress suits her at all – a bit too young and girly for her.

    Pretty

Pretty! This is the Olivia I like to see. Fun, fresh, feminine. Hope she keeps it up!

i love the dress but the hair and makeup are killing the look for me! something more fresh would have been better imo!
