Olga Kurylenko In Marchesa – ‘Oblivion’ London Premiere

Olga Kurylenko In Marchesa - 'Oblivion' London Premiere

Perhaps in homage to the snowfall we have been experiencing in London today, Olga Kurylenko took to the red carpet at the BFI IMAX in London this evening as Snow White for the ‘Oblivion’ premiere.

She wore a winter-white Grecian-style Marchesa Pre-Fall 2013 off-the-shoulder gown, featuring a contrast re-embroidered black lace and sheer neckline, gathered sweetheart bodice, and a draped full-length skirt.

Her ethereal gown was styled with sultry smoky eyes and a simple ponytail, which was centre-parted and rolled at the sides.

A black-and-gold Stark ‘Seductress’ Swarovski crystal clutch and diamond star De Beers earrings provided the finishing touches to her look.

Some of you have stated that Olga’s looks have not been that memorable so far, so how do you feel about this look?

I’m now undecided which to put up for BDOTW. The Elie Saab or this beauty.

Gorgeous but not liking the severe hairstyle. It looks matronly on her.

  2. ellen April 4, 2013 at 18:56 #

    lovely!!

  3. ellen April 4, 2013 at 18:56 #

    j’adore!

  5. Nat39 April 4, 2013 at 19:03 #

Yes, finally a look from her that got my attention – so delicate, feminine and romantic, and works so beautifully with her fragile physique. This look is much more interesting and def. stands out among her other forgettable looks.

This look for BDOTW, without a doubt, it will be a much stronger contender.

      • Beta April 5, 2013 at 07:15 #

+1 BDOTW worthy, my favourite too!
Also, this is the first Marchesa ive liked in a looong time

  6. Milla B. April 4, 2013 at 19:08 #

I loved it. I prefer this one for BDOTW.

      +1

Wow, I think she looks AMAZING. And the minimal hairstyle with the rolled detail on the sides are a great detail and really add interest to a simple ponytail. Olga gets it right throughout this whole tour and looks more stunning every time I see a picture on this website. Her team is very talented. Can’t wait to see more.

  8. Rafael April 4, 2013 at 19:16 #

BDOTW!!!! STUNNING I’ve waited for this moment for so long & has finally arrived. I would go as far as this has BDOTY potential

  9. Yeliz April 4, 2013 at 19:19 #

J’adore, j’adore, j’adore. I also loved her Elie Saab look, but I love this even more. She looks breathtaking here. I found my BDOTW.

  10. Lee April 4, 2013 at 19:27 #

BDOTW worthy for sure! So beautiful…

  11. sanya April 4, 2013 at 19:32 #

I like the dress very much. It looked great on her, although Olga is to slim for my taste. She should eat more. On the other side, I am so excited that she manages to change her hair fir every event on this promo tour, even though she has been traveling a lot.

  12. Prudence April 4, 2013 at 19:37 #

wowowoww!! I havent been wowed in a long time but this is stunning! This over the elie saab for sure!!!

  13. Marybeth April 4, 2013 at 19:41 #

    WOW! Absolutely gorgeous!!!
The Elie Saab was beautiful and I loved the Roland Mouret (despite the zipper,) but this is on a whole other level.

  14. Etoile April 4, 2013 at 20:09 #

Well I have loved this promo tour and this is once again a home-run.Stunning even though if I had to pick one I think elie Saab has the edge.

  15. Agathe April 4, 2013 at 20:09 #

I prefer this look over the Elie Saab one. The Roland Mouret was also better than the Saab as well, if you ask me, but the Marchesa gown is on another level.
My only regret is the sheer yoke but it doesn’t show much from a distance.
    A strong BDOTW contender.

  16. justme April 4, 2013 at 20:18 #

I much prefer this to the Elie Saab number. She looks stunning here.

  17. MissAmynae April 4, 2013 at 20:29 #

This one got a sigh and a “so pretty.”

  18. Kathy April 4, 2013 at 20:30 #

This look over the Elie Saab for sure! The ES was pretty and feminine, but this blows me away…it’s romantic but so elegant and grown up all at once.

  19. Jai April 4, 2013 at 20:32 #

Wow, a Marchesa dress I actually like. Love the hairstyle. This is easily better than the ES imo.

  20. Noemi April 4, 2013 at 20:37 #

This one, definitely, the Elie Saab is beautiful but it deserved better shoes, and I prefer this, anyway, a dreamy gown.

  21. Katia April 4, 2013 at 21:21 #

    Gorgeous!!! This one

  22. MaddyEliza April 4, 2013 at 22:00 #

Oh my goodness YES. Yes yes yes!! I am enchanted!!!!! She looks like a delicate winter fairy queen! Or something like that. Haha you all get what I mean. In short, I LOVE this look. I am blown away! So stunning!
Please please don’t take the Elie Saab out of the poll. I love them both equally at this point…it would be awesome if you could keep both looks in there.

  23. Aline April 4, 2013 at 22:30 #

WOW! She got me gaping here! This is stunning! What a lovely dress! She carries it well, the hairstyle is complementary and I can’t see the shoes hehe so no complaints, everything is on point.

    BDOTW!

  24. Francois Bresmal April 4, 2013 at 22:54 #

BOTH!!!!!! God what an amazing promo tour! If it goes on like this, the choice will be tough for the best promo tour award in December!

  25. taksi April 5, 2013 at 00:52 #

This one! The Elie Saab was pretty but we’ve seen dresses like that before from Elie Saab.

  26. Nora April 5, 2013 at 02:16 #

I love this look! It definitely stands out above her previous looks from this promo tour.

  27. Alex April 5, 2013 at 02:48 #

    Superb. BDOTW!

  28. TeaAtTwo April 5, 2013 at 05:35 #

I’ve enjoyed her promo tour. It may not be Elizabeth Banks ‘The hunger games’ level but it’s been good.

    • Alina April 5, 2013 at 07:08 #

      ditto.

I pick the Elie Saab look.

  29. Rashmi April 5, 2013 at 06:12 #

FC, can’t we have both :) Pleaasseeee..
I really can’t decide the better one! Olga just blew my mind with this again !!

  30. maggy April 5, 2013 at 06:40 #

  38. Jing Xiang May 3, 2013 at 06:59 #

Hands down people!!! A new red carpet queen has been borned!!! Olga Kurylenko looks like a winter fairytale princess in this etheral ivory draped gown with black lace detailing by Marchesa!!! The Ukrainian Bond Girl cleverly let her stunner do all the job by opted for smokey eyes, a high ponytail with rolls by the sides and a sparkly clutch to jazz up the whole look!!! She has elevated her fashion A-game every single time during this promo tour!!! Amazing, breathtaking, perfection and definitely BDOTW or maybe BDOTY contender!!! This is beyond my imagination, Viva la Olga!!! Bravo, James Bond would be proud of you to be the kick-ass leading girl!!
