Ashley Tisdale In Rebecca Minkoff – Extra

Ashley Tisale In Rebecca Minkoff - Extra

Ashley Tisdale stopped by The Grove for a guest appearance on Extra in California yesterday to talk about her latest movie, ‘Scary Movie 5’.

The actress, who’s been known to wear different variations of the same dress, gave us something slightly different on this occasion.

She wore a Rebecca Minkoff bustier top and knee-length pencil skirt from the Spring 2013 collection.

The jacquard and eyelet two-piece look was styled with Vivienne Westwood Anglomania three-strap black platform heels and Norman Silverman earrings.

As you know, I’m not a fan of Ashley’s style, but this flirty, feminine look with a sultry silhouette, which is a departure from the norm, feels a tad more grown up.

A pink lip shade and darker-blonde wavy locks completed her look.

Do you like this more grown-up style, or does she still fail to impress you?

I don’t like this look. First I don’t like the skirt and the bustier, plus they don’t suit her well. The hair and the make up are not great.
Not a good look for me.

I like this combination on her. She looks fresh and pretty. That is why the shoes spoil the overall effect. They are too heavy and clumpy. The sandals featured on the model and in the ad look much better.

she looks nice for a change but i find myself asking, “why those shoes with that dress?”

I wonder the same. She looks ok.

Yeah, I don’t get the shoe choice.

This is her personal best and sometimes that’s all you can ask for.

+1. I was waiting long for her to ditch her teen dresses, and this is her personal best after long.

Hope she gets better with footwear next time, but till then, I like this.

+2 I agree to both comments. It’s a lot better than she’s looked in…a while.

Now this is more like it. Although I don’t like the shoes with this ensemble, I still think that this is one of her best looks to date. I love the bag.

This is OK. I wish she had worn the top that the model has on with the skirt she is wearing.

I love the hair. She looks unexpectedly great, even grown-up, I dare say, but let’s see where does she go from here.

Finally I get to see something nice from her in the red carpet! And actually I don’t really get why she doesn’t match a good oufit usually in the carpet cause her street style is amazing and trendy, I wonder why she doesn’t translate that to her formal events.

what an improvement! the shoes are too heavy but other than that, she looks grown up and nice
