Saoirse Ronan paid a visit to SiriusXM Studios in New York City yesterday afternoon to promote her new movie, ‘The Host’.
The Irish actress wore a Carven Pre-Fall 2013 look, which consisted of a green satin shirt with the designer’s signature Peter Pan collar in blue, with a forest-green flared tweed skirt.
My attention immediately went to her feet as she was wearing a striking pair of Monique Lhuillier ‘Blue Kid’ black-and-blue python-print heels from the designer’s debut Spring 2013 collection.
Barely-there makeup and a simple bun completed her daytime promo-tour look.

I love the shoes, but the outfit is a snooze (rhymes! LOL). It looks like a school uniform. Actually I like the skirt, it’s the blouse that’s killing it.
I’m a little disappointed! Her outfit looks like a modest school uniform, and it’s so baggy on her! The cardigan is what really killed this look. If she had lost the cardigan and added a statement collar necklace with the shirt, it would look miles better.
However the shoes, despite the fact they look a bit out of place, are amazing!
The shoes are great, but they don’t go with that outfit. I feel like the outfit and the shoes are sending different messages.
+1 Them shoes are lustworthy
The shoes are to die for, the rest is just OK.
+1
+2. Its WOW.
Good that she had the other ensemble as just OK, bcoz the hero over here is those shoes!
Agree. Love the shoes. I’d throw out the top though and keep the rest.
