Katie Holmes’ skin is positively glowing on the cover of Allure’s April 2013 issue, which hits newsstands on Tuesday, March 26.
The 34-year-old actress shares a lot with the mag, covering her family, beauty advice, expanding her family, and her hopes for 2013, but she doesn’t mention Tom Cruise. I’m guessing he was off limits.
Here are some extracts from the mum-of-one’s interview.
On rumours that she is going to be an attorney: “Well, my brother and father are attorneys, and – we’ll see. I like the practical thinking of attorneys.”
On her cancelled Broadway play, Dead Accounts: “I was open to – well, to whoever wanted me. But it was always my goal to make it back to the stage.”
On her plan for this year: “I hope this is a peaceful year for a lot of people in the world. When you look back on the last year, there were a lot of tragedies – Hurricane Sandy, the Connecticut shooting. I…I just hope it’s a good year for everyone.”

Drop dead gorgeous.
It’s a very good cover.
The cover is gorgeous! Those cheekbones.
However, that interview is BORING. It’s just a lot of coy, non-specific answers and that is really effing annoying.
Beautiful girl.
Beautiful face, not too photoshopped, but not liking the topless cover (though it’s not showing a whole lot). The interview was a bit uninteresting. Not BAD, but I didn’t feel like she had much to say of substance.
