Diane Kruger took to the red carpet for the LA premiere of ‘The Host’, held at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, California yesterday evening.
She wore a daring Thakoon Fall 2013 black sleeveless dress with floral appliqués and a dandelion print.
While the dress shows off more than a little side boob, I think this was a risk that paid off.
She looked sexy, which isn’t a word I have often used when describing a look worn by Diane.
Adding a sci-fi touch to her look, she worked a metallic-silver manicure, two-tone Jimmy Choo ‘Malika’ booties and Stephen Webster ‘Firework’ white-diamond earrings.
Less is always more when it comes to Diane’s beauty regimen. A side-parted do, luscious lashes and a pink lip colour completed her look.

Beautywise she looks perfect. I don’t like the sideboob. Should have done something about it.

Not a fan of sheer panels like this. Sideboob isn’t classy and neither is letting us know she’s not wearing any underwear. Blech. The dress wouldn’t be bad if she had fabric sewn just under the lace.
Not a fan of this look. I feel like the shoes (which I love) and the dress (which I don’t – hate the sheer panels) fight for attention and do not complement each other at all. Make-up and accessories (including the boyfriend!) are great.

Styling is fantastic and the dress could have been if lined. As it is, it’s trashy–and even Diane can’t pull it off.

I don’t mind the side boob, she’s one of the least vulgar persons in the world and she can pull it off well. I like her from head to toe. How beautiful is Joshua Jackson? I love the way he’s dressed, so effortlessly cool.
I like that she added an edge to the look with those cool booties but this is not a good dress to begin with – all those floral appliques, the sheer panels…whereas the cut of the dress is so plain (very plain neckline and skirt) – the design leaves a lot to be desired.

the shoe, while hot, does not go with this look. the sideboob is a non-issue for me.
