Saoirse Ronan attended a press conference for ‘The Host’ at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday.
The young Irish actress wore a Tabitha Webb Spring 2013 dress.
Inspired by vintage prints and classic iconic cuts, British brand Tabitha Webb is fast becoming the international go-to label, with celebs such as the Duchess of Cambridge and Miranda Kerr counted as fans.
Her red dress with raglan sleeves, featuring a playful horse-print, was styled with a gold Daisy London pendant necklace and pointy flat patent-leather black shoes with a grey-and-white pattern.
I love how the shoes keep the look grounded and youthful. Having introduced us to designers like Simone Rocha, I’m very excited about what Saoirse will bring to this promo tour.

Love it from the ankles up. Those clunky shoes kill this look.
I kinda agreed at first, but I do like how the shoes keep the look from being too grown up and instead playful.
She looks beautiful from the ankles up. I don’t like the shoes at all.
I look forward to her promo tour. I like this dress.
First glance, I didn’t like the shoes with the dress. But later on I understood what FC was telling, it keeps the look grounded and youthful.
Love it.
+1
The shoes are loathsome, but I love it from the ankles up. Very cute dress.
Feels a bit Taylor Swifty and I don’t like the necklace.
I like this look, I wish more girls would dress like this.
I love the dress, hate the shoes.
The brand of this dress (and Miranda Kerr’s) is actually Project D London (Tabitha Webb is the designer) http://projectdlondon.com/collections/category/spring-summer-2013#lookbook
Well possibly they are due to part ways as this dress is a Tabitha Webb dress.
She was always the design force behind the collaboration anyways so I am happy to give her the credit.
I love this from the ankles up.
I appreciate her decision to wear the dress with flats. It gives the look a youthful, casual flair that is just right for daytime. But these particular shoes are too bulky and (IMO) ugly.
cute!
The shoes are plain ugly and ruin this adorable look.
She could have worn a pretty pair of flats like ballet flats to keep this look youthful. Those shoes are atrocious. She looks pretty ankles up.
Ballet flats would have been better. They’d have kept the look fun and youthful without bringing it down like these do.
The print of the dress is so cute! I don’t really mind the shoes since she’s got the height and legs to pull it off and a pointed-toe will have the effect of elongating legs even with flats- but I could totally see why people would have an issue with it.
Pretty, cute dress. Atrocious shoes.
i love this dress. and she looks very pretty. she has a soft kind of beauty about her. i just so wish she hadn’t paired her dress with those awkward shoes. sigh!
I love this look. She dresses age-appropriately.
