Recently back in Los Angeles from Paris Fashion Week, Zoe Saldana attended the second annual 25 Most Powerful Stylists Luncheon on Wednesday, presented by ‘The Hollywood Reporter’ and Jimmy Choo.
She once again showed off her effortless style in a safari-print, cutout dress from Carven’s Spring 2013 collection, which she worked just as well as the runway model.
‘The ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ actress accessorized with a pair of black Jimmy Choo ‘Dream’ ankle-tie sandals with tassel detailing, which brought even more free-spirited flair to the frock.
If there was a drawback to this look, it was that we’ve already seen the same dress on Keira Knightley late last year.
But I didn’t mind seeing it again, especially not with Zoe and her stylist Petra Flannery’s uniquely polished and on-trend presentation of the outfit. Petra also styles PYTs the likes of Megan Fox and Emma Stone.
Glossy, straight locks and the pop of a red lip completed this chic day look.

Not liking this dress with the shoes.
+1. The shoes are interesting but they just don’t go with the dress.
Agreed. The shoes are very nice but not working with this dress at all.
wow! i love this dress but i don’t think those fab sandals go with the dress.
I like the dress and I love the shoes but they don’t go well together.
Those shoes are a deal breaker
I don’t like the cutouts. The dress is otherwise cute, but that, and the very strange shoes are a deal-breaker. She also should have worn a high ponytail.
