Mia Wasikowska attended the ‘Stoker’ New York Screening, held at The Film Society of Lincoln Center, Walter Reade Theatre in New York City on Wednesday evening.
The Australian actress wore an Elie Saab Pre-Fall 2013 vibrant red dress.
Her neoprene keyhole dress with pleated detailing on the skirt could’ve been a great look had the styling been more interesting.
Mia is aged, quite drastically, by the styling. I also feel that Mia’s promo tour dresses have all featured a similar silhouette.
I’m hoping she mixes things up soon.

The only thing I like here is the colour. Her styling is so boring and should’ve worn the belt. But at least her hair isn’t looking that bad this time.
wow! way to make an elie saab look boring!!!
Yeap, who woul’ve thought? I would fire her stylist, she’s been awful lately. Actually, almost always.
The haircaut is terrible and is ruining every outfit. If we add the uninspiring styling and the absence of makeup, we reach the non flattering result.
I don’t even know what to say, this is plain bad.
SHE DOESN’T LOOK 23 HERE ,SHE LOOKS TOWARD HER MID 30′ AND NOT IN A JENNIFER ANISTON KINDA WAY….
:O Shez 23 :O :O :O
This ages her so drastically! Lately many ppl are ruining Elie Saab dress with bas style
The styling is very dull and boring. I am not feeling her rc choices lately.
girl friend needs a stylist, ASAP!!! she has the potential but really can use with some help…
This looks so cute in the lookbook but she made this look so dowdy. Her hair is awful and the shoes are a bore.
Cute in the lookbook–dumpy, frumpy, and disappointing on her. Hair and shoes are SO bad.
it’s suppose to be classic elegant but hair fit she just wrong
Her dress for the after party was so much cuter, she should have worn that one to the screening instead. This is just mind-numblingly boring.
“Dowdy” is the first word that comes to mind when seeing this. How on earth she managed to make an Elie Saab dress in this vibrant shade of red look so dowdy is beyond me. If she has a stylist she should fire him or her immediately. And for God’s sake, get better shoes!
Omg, this girl looks bad in EVERYTHING! So sad
This dress, with the belt, would look fantastic on J.Law or Michelle Williams

Is that haircut for a role or is that a personal preference? Cause… I mean… yeah.
this dress will look good on cate blanchett, not on her.
Whoa … so ugly looking. I’m surprised that she keeps getting good roles in Hollywood, considering how superficial the studios are and how competitive the business is (we have plenty of stars who pretty, talented and hard-working). No legs, no style and no memorable physical features … she’s still working in Hollywood. Wow, that aspect is impressive.
Seriously, you couldn’t sound any more pigheaded if you tried. Maybe Mia gets a lot of work in Hollywood because she’s, oh, a good ACTRESS who gets raves for nearly every role she plays?
And if you honestly think she’s ugly, then I’d hate to see your idea of beautiful.
wow. I love Mia but this look is so aging it hurts. It makes her look short, washed out and old. Not a fan

Love the dress on the model where it falls on the knee and her waist is defined by the belt. The length as worn by Mia makes her look cut off at the knees. She needs a more balanced look – leg lengthening and waist shortening.
Boring and ageing. She certainly doesn’t appear to be the same age as me on this occasion.
