Katherine Jenkins attended the IMG Models ‘Be Conscious It’s Happening’ party held at The Network Building in London yesterday evening.
The Welsh singer wore a Christian Dior Spring 2013 dress.
Those familiar with Katherine’s style will know that she usually goes for a much tighter, fitted silhouette, preferring signature dresses by Victoria Beckham and Roland Mouret.
On this occasion, she wore a double-layered sheer tulle dress with a glitter pattern, which she styled with simple black peep-toes.
I find this look very refreshing. Katherine has been long overdue a style do-over, so I hope this look is the first of many which will see her experiment a little bit more with fashion.

Sorry, but she is really too short for this look. So elegant on the model, so unflattering on her.
I quite liked these overlay dresses from this collection. I do miss the metallic belt on Ms Jenkins, but she still looks quite pretty. I’m not sure her current shade of blonde suits her, though
i really wish it was belted so it’ll have more shape though
Not liking this.
I would like this more fitted and I wish she belted it.
I wouldn’t have predicted she’d be the wearer of this chic dress but she does look really good in it. She should have kept the belt and worn a lighter pair of peep-toes though.
the shoes are destroying this look. far too heavy-and peeptoe are just plain tacky in this context. It also needs the belt.
I really hope toning down the orange tan and the over-bleached hair are a part of her style do-over. This woman is completely stunning but her “WAG” look does her no justice.
Overall this is a great look for her, but I have to nitpick and say that the length of the dress is wrong and she should’ve definitely worn the belt with it.
The sheer overlay is rather tentlike and the dress beneath doesn’t seem fitted enough. Also the look is too dark for her–the tan and bleached hair doesn’t go with the sophistication of black.
I think she looks darling.
I love this dress and I think Katherine looks great. I do wish her waist was cinched a little more though.
