To raise money for multiple charities, Miami Heat star Dwayne Wade held the D. Wade’s Apollo Jets All Star Luncheon on Saturday in Houston.
Dwayne attended his event in flashy fashion, wearing an A. Sauvage black suit from the Spring 2013 collection with a fully-buttoned white shirt. There are two very unique parts to this outfit, though.
First off, there are strips of metallic sequins running up the shoulders of his jacket. Secondly, Dwayne’s sockless feet are fitted with white loafers.
The NBA is home to some of the most stylish athletes because they do things outside of the box. The loafers I like since it is a casual event, but Dwayne, lets leave the sequins to the ladies.

Not a fan of the sequins or the loafers.

I love all of this. Only, Dwayane. I love his style.
Also don’t think that sequins are a good idea, the absence of socks really bothers me. But with the coolness in his presence, he is almost selling it to me.

This is the business. It’s him and it’s the occasion that make this work. I wish more men added some interesting details and embellishments. And no offense, because they look good, but the Bradley Cooper and George Clooney-type perfectly perfect looks get boring. And Eddie Redmayne couldn’t pull this off if his life depended on it.
Totally agree! Men shouldn’t have to go the same routine and when they do get out of the box, they just change colours. Here you have different styling as well. It’s a refreshing welcome imo!
Without the sequins I could live with the shoes, but together–unsightly. Still, he looks so much better than he did on crutches last summer!
I kinda love this. Yeah it’s a bit flashy, but he makes it work imo. The suit is beautifully cut and looks great on him. I think the plain but sharp black and white combo keeps the sequins from reaching overkill to me.
I think he pills this look off. With it being it being a strip of sequins his confident swagger and looking a music star he overcomes looking silly.
