Nicole Kidman opted for a prim yet fashion-forward look for the screening of her latest movie, ‘Stoker’, in London on Sunday evening.
The Australian actress wore an electric-blue L’Wren Scott Fall 2013 sheath with an intricate gold-beaded neckline.
We should not be surprised that Nicole got first dibs on this collection, but we are surprised at the speed considering that the L’Wren Scott Fall 2013 collection was presented at 1pm on Sunday – hardly enough time to get the dress dry-cleaned.
A romantic-styled updo showcased the gorgeous neckline on the dress, with L’Wren Scott 23-carat-gold-leaf pointy pumps from the same collection and gold jewels completing the look.
While the silhouette of this dress is safe, it complements Nicole’s statuesque form in the most elegant way.

I love this on Nicole. The colour is to die for and great for a winter glamour look, love that she put her hair up to show the gorgeous neckline and the shoes are just right. Normally I cringe when I see the title Nicole Kidman in L’Wren Scott, but this one is a winner for me, beautiful.

I’m going to say this is one of her best-ever looks. Is it possible that they could have done a second dress that was meant for Nicole to wear that day, but just not before it was presented on the runway? So that what she’s wearing isn’t the exact runway dress? I don’t know how these things work, so I’m just supposing…
The color is great on her, but I don’t like her attachment to sheath/column dresses, it ages her. I just wish she could add volume to her outfits. I miss so much the red balenciaga times.

Apparently I’m the only one who is not in love with this look. The earrings are unnecessary, I don’t like her hair and the length of the dress ages her.

I usually hate when she wears L’Wren Scott. But this time I love it. The color, hair, make up and everything. She’s back!
A gown version would have been amazing but the colour and neckline look divine against her colouring. I would have taken the earrings off.
I strongly dislike this. Especially why she wore that bulky watch?
It’s an Omega watch and I think she is one of the ambassador.
She’s an ambassador for Omega. Think of it as Marion Cotillard’s Dior.
If this were a huge premiere or an awards show, I’d probably have a problem with the watch. But this was technically a screening where the dress code wasn’t as strict and it’s not the type of event to wear a gown to. Plus she’s an ambassador for Omega, so I get it and it goes with the outfit.
I personally LOVE this dress on her. It’s very Nicole and fashion forward at the same time, like described. I DIE when Nicole wears color and I hope she wears a similar bold color to the Oscars next week. The only thing I would change about this, if anything, would be the earrings. She didn’t need them. But I don’t really mind them, either.
