Anne Hathaway In Nina Ricci – 49th Annual Cinema Audio Society Awards

Anne Hathaway In Nina Ricci - 49th Annual Cinema Audio Society Awards

Anne Hathaway attended the 49th Annual Cinema Audio Society Awards held at the Biltmore Hotel in LA on Saturday.

The ‘Les Miserables’ actress wore a shimmering Nina Ricci Pre-Fall 2013 black strapless sequinned cocktail dress.

Black strappy Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and thin bangles gave this party frock a young and chic look. For her makeup, Anne went with a pretty and minimal approach, which kept the vibe fresh and young.

While it’s refreshing to see celebrities sporting shorter ‘dos and edgier styles, I for one think Anne should grow an angled razor-sharp bob, which will give her style a more modern upgrade.

I am tired of seeing her in black. She needs a shake-up before the Oscar’s red carpet!

Pretty dress but this is kinda boring.

I agree, even with all the sequins, this is a boring look.

I agree, she looks good but nothing special.

Unlike Rooney Mara, she is not keeping black and neutral interesting.

      Thank you!

What happened to Anne? Well that is quite simple. She wants her darn Oscar. She was onto something between TDKR and Les Mis premieres and then straight after, once she started doing the award shows/promo, she went all minimalistic, perhaps to show maturity and sophistication. Hopefully since the votes will already be counted, we can expect the real Anne on Oscar night. It’s hard to think THIS Anne was the same that wore Tom Ford in NY, Givenchy in London and Prabal Gurung at TDKR NY Premiere.

I like it. It’s cute. Not revolutionary, but nice nonetheless. And her hair looks good.

This is an engaging and youthful look for her, and it is pretty. But not chic or sophisticated.

Her hair looks too flat–she should give it a little fluff, or grow it into a bob like you said. The dress is cute, but nothing too special.

Boring. Why is she wearing all black and white during this award season?
