Fresh off her performance at Super Bowl XLVII, Alicia Keys walked the red carpet at Sunday’s 2013 Grammy Awards where the singer was nominated for the producer of the year award.
With just a week post-Super Bowl, the singer chose to sport another body-con Azzedine Alaia design to the music awards.
The black formfitting dress hugged the singer’s curves in all the right places thanks to a fishtail silhouette. As if the snug fit wasn’t sexy enough, a midriff-baring crisscross bodice in a dramatic crocodile embossing amped up the sex appeal.
To complete the look, the singer styled her gown with matching black and white, snake-detailed earrings and a cocktail ring. A deep red lip and manicure topped off her glamorous style.

Her body looks good. Alaia works for her.
I don’t like those squared-off, rocket-launcher fishtails. They break the graceful flow and silhouette that a mermaid-style dress should have.
I do like the crocodile bodice. The fit is great and it has a wild Grammy vibe without looking tacky.
I do think the snake earrings overdo the reptilian theme but that’s a minor complaint.
Overall, she looks nice.

As nice as this, Jessica Biel did it better in Elle.

this is the kind of alaia I wanted to see rihanna in! i am sooooo happpy to see celebs wearing his clothes, he is one of the greatest designers to ever live! i would trade the poof for a pony tail but thats ok, still love it !

I think Alicia nailed it. It’s sexy, bold and edgy, it’s so Grammys, without being overly revealing ott tacky. I like the unusual fishtail hem, it’s what keeps the look cool and edgy, a typical graceful hem would’ve been out of tune with the fierce bodice. Thumbs up from me.
Still not a fan of this fishtail hem but the bodice is cool. I’d prefer it without the cutouts but it’s the Grammys so it’s fine.
She wears black a lot. I wonder why… It’s a really nice dress if it weren’t for the weird chandelier like fish tail.
