It took me a while, but I have to admit Lindsay Lohan looked pretty good on the red carpet at Cipriani Wall Street for the amfAR New York Gala to kick off Fall 2013 Fashion Week yesterday evening, joining the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker and Alexa Chung.
The actress dazzled wearing a Theia Spring 2011 gown.
I love the flapper-esque feel to her nude-and-silver bugle-beaded fringed gown, which she styled with metallic-silver platform sandals.
Returning to her natural glorious strawberry-blonde hue, she styled her look with gold bracelets.
Kohl-rimmed eyes and a pink lip colour completed her look.

The gown is too lowcut and slightly overwhelming, also her hair would be better shorter and less fake looking. However, this is, all things considered, a much improved look for Lindsay. It’s the best she’s lookeed in…pretty much forever.

i haven’t seen lindsay look this good in… like forever. she doesn’t look trashy for once.
My biggest complaint is that she is too busty for this beautiful dress–all attention goes to her not all that attractive bosom (it could be with a little more support!). I feel so bad about this young woman–she is aging so fast with the botox and the substance abuse. She is (or was) so talented and pretty–it is really sad to see her ongoing struggles.
I agree with you. She was very cute and talented and she wasted everything. Also, it’s quite sad that as a a woman she is more unforgivable than a man. If we think of people like Robert Downey Junior or Charlie Sheen… But I also think that she doesn’t want to change, so…

I agree that its better than she has looked in awhile, but I still don’t think she looks very good. She has the ability to make a beautiful dress look trashy.
She looks ok. But her dress lacks support, and the overall orange-ness here just makes everything a little tacky. And her hair could be a bit more refined. It’s too party girl for amfAR.

I’d say this is an improvement. I’m not fond of it’s sheerness, but it’s a classier look than she usually goes for. I really hope for her sake that she’s finally pulling her life back together.

I agree that this particular dress is better suited to someone with a smaller bust. I also think the shoes are a bit too clunky for such an ethereal gown.
Those reservations aside, she looks very pretty.

I like the dress but she is not carrying it off well for me, she is a bit too busty for it, her hair looks tacky and the shoes are way too chunky for this delicate gown.
Lindsay Lohan is featured on this site but Kim Kardashian isn’t? Kim doesn’t have a criminal record. And Lohan’s shoes are appalling.
Long way to go definitely. The picture you chose was the most flattering of the bunch, I’ll give her that, but based on the rest it’s pretty hard to focus on her dress. It’s tragic what all of her plastic surgery and lifestyle choices have done to her face.
Agreed, on all points. In the majority of the pictures she looks like a “retired” adult video star at the AVN awards. She’s taken her love and admiration for Marilyn Monroe entirely too far- it seems like she’s purposefully dooming herself to an early tragic death, just like her idol.
The dress is lovely, but on her looks tacky- needs a less busty figure. The shoes are just not right for this outfit, and the hair. oy vey.

It’s the best she’s looked in a while not BDOTW worthy for me. I wouldn’t mind seeing it re-worn on someone less busty and more elegantly styled.

She looks alright in this picture, but the first picture I saw of her on a different website made her look… elderly.
Well she certainly has looked much worse! It is a nice dress but it is a no on the shoes. Still a way to go but she is looking ok.
I dont know she should just get into porn already, I cant tell what it is, first of her boobs look bigger… FAKE, her tan looks FAKE, her hair FAKE, her lips def FAKE… just everything about her scream trash to me, and even in the dress she reminds me of a 40yr old something trying to look young.
