Jennifer Lawrence made a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday to promote ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ and to talk about her SAG Awards win and her Dior dress malfunction whilst collecting said award.
Lighting up a dark night in Hollywood, the actress wore an Emilio Pucci Resort 2013 mango-yellow frock.
Considering Jennifer’s love for all things black and blue recently, I’m delighted to see her wear such a mouth-watering bold hue.
Her sleeveless figure-hugging dress, with a central slit and subtle peplum detail, was styled with vertiginous studded heels with a bow accent.

WOW! This is the best she has looked in a loong time.
Thank goodness it’s not black and not Dior! This is a fab look on her. So flattering, awesome color and great shoes. I’m not saying this is BDOTW-worthy when you’ve got some real stand-outs this week, but I really like this. I hope this means she’s building momentum for the Oscars.

This is so much better on Jennifer than it is on the model, she actually fills it out! Thats one thing that Pucci does well, they make clothes that flatter a womens curves. I love this look!
I love the color on her, and the dress is great but for that tacky (and dangerous) center split! Other than that I like it, as well as her hair and shoes.

This just proves that the Jennifer and Dior combo does not work. Look at how GREAT she looks in this, compared to the Dior gowns she has worn. There is a noticeable spark again.
