Kate Bosworth is one of those stars you have accused of over-dressing for the Sundance Film Festival in the past, but I think she struck the right balance of looking weather- (and season-) appropriate and effortless with an edge whilst attending a portrait session to promote her latest movie, ‘Big Sur’, in Park City, Utah and the Variety Studio event.
The actress wore a Mulberry Fall 2012 dress.
Her drape-front printed short-sleeved dress was styled with some sturdy black winter boots and black tights.
Paying more attention to her tresses these days, she opted for sleek straight locks with a centre-parting and a glossy lip colour to complete her look.

Wish her winter boots were a bit less sturdy, it’s still a short-sleeved dress, but they do make sense with her coat on.
I think this is very nice and event-appropriate. I haven’t seen her hair look as good in a long while.
My only quarrel is with the boots, which strike me as too heavy and outdoorsy for the dress. Then again, it is a ski resort, so she has an excuse.
She looks OK.
A nice look.
Her hair looks lovely and soft here, I like the cute fall-like dress, the boots are a little heavy, but it’s still a good look and very event-appropriate.
Um, has her face always looked like….that?
I quite like the print but it just looks like a sack on her.
Her hair and makeup is really beautiful. I am very happy to see her hair looking so lovely. The dress is cool but I do think it needed a thin black patent belt.
