We saw many sides of Jennifer Lopez, who was out and about in Manhattan yesterday promoting her new movie, ‘Parker’, ahead of the New York screening this evening.
Starting the day on Good Morning America, the diva let her accessories do the talking, wearing a satin pair of Giuseppe Zanotti ankle-strap heels and carrying an animal-print Valentino chain-accented bag as a clutch while wearing a black fur-trimmed Diane von Furstenberg coat.
Further showcasing her love for animal prints, Jennifer was spotted headed to an interview wearing an eye-catching leopard-print ensemble by A.L.C.
Even as a lover of animal prints, I have to say this look is très tacky. While she’s representing her JLo persona, methinks the mother of two is a tad too old for this Housewives of …insert city… look. Especially when you factor in those Christian Louboutin over-the-knee black leather boots.
On her way to make an appearance on ‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart’, she sported a more age-appropriate all-leather look, wearing the same boots with a black python coat and a white studded Valentino clutch.
Calling it a night on high glamour, a dressed-down JLo wore a plaid fur-trimmed Michael Kors Fall 2012 coat with a simple white tee and scruffy jeans, which she styled with white-and-gold Giuseppe Zanotti wedges.
Looks one and three get a thumbs up, with two and four getting a ‘what were you thinking?’

I like her shoes on the first look and that’s it.
Ditto.
All looks get a thumbs down! And the hair color très fake…
Well, the last look is Jenny from the Block. Girl had a busy day.
Oh my, where do we begin…lets say leather lookia passable but let down but horrendous makeup. The rest…even for her persona this is too cheap
I don’t like any of her outfits.
Looks 1 and 3 are certainly the best, but that’s not saying much!
Her hair (coloring) and make-up haven’t been up to par lately and she seems to be struggling with style right now. I hope she gets her mojo back.
Only looks 1 and 3 also get a pass from me.
She needs to stop shopping in the juniors department. its sad right now but it’s gonna be downright painful when her daughters 13 and they’re wearing the same clothes.
She is so tacky and desperate looking. All of the looks get a thumbs down from me.
She looks confused about her identity and doesn’t know how to adapt her look to be age appropriate and edgy. Her hair is also very dated. All needs updating. (toyboys don’t help with the confusion!)
When will people get that leopard prints only look good on leopards. Jennifer Lopez is beautiful but I find her low budget. She has no class.
It baffles me endlessly that some people consider her a fashionista.
She always seems stuck to the nineties in a really bad way. The matchy-matchy outfits. The prostitute shoes. No taste what so ever.
“It baffles me endlessly that some people consider her a fashionista” – absolute agreement. She has moments when she looks good, I wont take that away from her. But she is getting more desperate the older she gets, much like Madonna
The first outfit is chic. The other three are eyesores. Seriously, try-hard much?
None of the looks satisfy me. Gotta love those boots!
