Opting for head-to-toe black, Krysten Ritter joined in the celebrations for the grand opening of Andrea’s at the Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada on Wednesday evening.
The actress wore a Christian Dior Fall 2012 top with a black pencil skirt.
I love how Krysten can go from girlie dresses from Alice + Olivia to this sophisticated Dior look, featuring a peplum satin top enriched with sparkling tonal sequins round the shoulders.
I much prefer Krysten’s shorter skirt to the calf-length version which took to the runway. Had she opted for the runway skirt, the look may have been a tad matronly.
A bright-pink lip colour, Brian Atwood ‘Evie’ sandals, a black Jimmy Choo clutch, and Gems Around earrings provided the finishing touches.

I am a sucker for peplums so I instantly love this dress. Like you FC, I prefer Krysten’s length than the model.
So with you, obsessed with peplums! Agree with you about the length as well, this is a far better length! Love the lip.
Would’ve been nicer with belt but it’s working fine without it, also glad she shortened the skirt, the length is perfect for her, and I like how she kept her accessories simple matching black and brightened it up with the pink lippie.
Much prefer her version too. She looks great.
the model’ s version is mumsy while Krysten’s is cool and elegant
So glad that she shortened the skirt, it totally makes the look more flattering and elegant. I wish she’d kept the belt and am not too thrilled with the shiny (cheapish) looking satin, but overall this is a really fantastic look!
Glad she did not opt for the runway skirt.
The shorter version looks so much chicer, her Choos look so much better than the runway shoes too.
Chic!
