Rose Byrne In Jill Stuart – ‘I Give It A Year’ Sydney Premiere

Rose Byrne In Jill Stuart - ‘I Give It A Year’ Sydney Premiere

After attending the G’Day USA Los Angeles Black Tie Gala over the weekend, Rose Byrne was back home in Australia to attend the premiere of her latest movie, ‘I Give It A Year’, held at the Event Cinema George Street in Sydney.

The pretty brunette wore a Jill Stuart Fall 2012 dress.

Her berry dress, with a sheer top and leather skirt, was styled with black Casadei pumps with a cream trim and the signature ‘Blade’ heel, a black Kotur clutch, an Adeler ring and Misaki earrings.

A simple updo and barely-there makeup completed her look.

The soft leather skirt adds an edge to her sleeveless shirt dress with an intense hue; I just wish her accessories had a bit more bite.

i can’t even fathom how she managed leather in the australian heat. it’s been boiling hot the past few weeks. regardless, i love the colour and wish her accessories were more inspired (spiked heels and a fun clutch would have made the look)

The dress is OK, but she did nothing to make it work.

I love this. For once, the high bun works for me–maybe because it is a little off the crown of her head. The dress is a great color and a fun juxtaposition of textures. I can live with the black accessories, but would prefer a bracelet with some sparkle to the ring.

This is a season appropriate look for Europe or UK but not for Australia. Nevertheless, she looks beautiful, except for the black accessories.
