Going from a sweet look at the Alberta Ferretti fashion show, Selena Gomez was a totally different woman at the Warner Bros. and InStyle Golden Globe Awards After Party hosted at the Beverly Hills Hotel in LA on Sunday evening.
That is the power of a Versace dress: even the sweetest of girls turns into a glamazon.
Selena’s Atelier Versace short strapless gold leather dress, with laser-cut details and enriched with gold beading, was styled with gold pumps – would’ve preferred strappy sandals – and gold earrings.
Long wavy tresses swept to one side, smoky eyes and nude lips will have one Canadian teenager crying himself to sleep.

Like everyone else, I’m missing a strappy gold sandal. And her hair looks a bit frizzy, which is a shame since earlier photos of her and Vanessa leaving her house to head to the Ceremony showed her hair looking PERFECT. I almost died her hair was so pretty but I guess as the night wore on her makeup ran abit and her hair frizzed. It still looks nice but idk it looks a bit big like it’s hanging off her and I wish it was a bit more fitted where the panels are on her hips and lower.

No.Just no. A real pro wouldn’t have paired those shoes with Atelier Versace dress. Her and Lea Michele need to stop with the Versace and leave it for the Umas, Angies, and Penelopes of the world. They just don’t have the fierce,womanly, confidence you need to pull off a Versace dress.
I think she does pull off this dress, but I agree about the shoes, I also thought strappy gold sandals would’ve been a much better choice, but despite that, she looks super sexy!

As for the dress, I’m not a fan of structure bustier mini dresses, which is what this is. I do love the intricate gold detailing. I think she could have added better shoes.

She looks amazing, sexy but not trashy nor age inappropriate. This is the kind of look I’d like to see taylor swift wearing, not her plain dark red she wore for the red carpet.
