Jaime King joined a host of bright young things at the Warner Bros. and InStyle Golden Globe Awards After Party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday evening.
While there, she flaunted a gown from Emilio Pucci Spring 2013, where designer Peter Dundas peppered his collection with traditional Asian motifs.
Subtle chinoiserie-inspired embroidery twisted and wove its way from the bottom to the cutout halter top, but the creamy color quelled the impact of the fiery dragon on Jaime’s torso.
A similar look was seen on the runway—except in sheer black—but this actress and former model opted for a more conservative interpretation of the dress.
Sleek, straight hair and a smoldering eye perfected the subtle sizzle of this look.

Such a beautiful gown, she looks gorgeous.
She looks gorgeous, indeed. But I would have prefered a different hairstyle, maybe a pony, to give the look more sizzle.
This is a very welcome Pucci dress. With all the black/sheer/cutout/lace I find this fresh and lovely. I also think she did well with her simple styling. Jaime looks really great!!

I’m rather enjoying these body-skimming (as opposed to super fitted or structured) looks. Relaxed chic.
She looks really good. A gorgeous dress and a good choice for her.
Just beautiful. Flawless and relaxed. One of my favorites from the after parties, with Kate Beckinsale and Nina Dobrev.
Love the dress, but not the hair.
Oh I love it, this is so subtle chic and enticing, it creates a mood somewhat. J’adore completely.
…and it suits Jamie’s persona so perfectly, I’m sold.
Don’t like the hair and I wish the side around her bust was covered more.
I love this girls style she looks fantastic
Julianna Margulies wore the runway version to the Golden Globes. http://www.redcarpet-fashionawards.com/2013/01/14/julianna-margulies-in-emilio-pucci-2013-golden-globe-awards/
Julianna Margulies wore the same dress but in black. To the Golden Globes.
This looks so much better in white, and with a lining. The texture in Margulies’ gown seemed too busy, but with a lining, it seems to work.
