Lucy Liu for me! Her look was the only jaw-dropper of the night as far as I’m concerned.
My top three are 1) Lucy Liu, 2) Amy Adams, 3) Emily Blunt.
I really wish Kate Hudson would’ve worn her hair up. I’m not sure why she’s leading against such impressive competition at the moment.
Taylor gets points for doing something different than what she usually does, but once I noticed creases in the dress I couldn’t love it.
Totally agree about Kate Hudson’s hair. She would have been tie with Lucy Liu in my heart.

My very favorites were Michelle Dockery In Alexandre Vauthier Couture and Nicole Kidman in Alexander McQueen. I’m heartbroken!
Would have love to see Nicole Richie here. Voted for Anne. She may have sported the same styling once or twice but she really looks so good in my eyes.
Are we seriously including Taylor Swift and Jessica Alba in their basic and big gowns over edgier and more eye popping looks from Nicole Kidman and Julianne Moore? WTH? The mind boggles, honestly.
I guess from this list Emily Blunt and Kerry Washington are my favorites.

My favourite was Julianne Moore but of the ones selected, Katherine McPhee. It says something about the lacklustre choices that both my favourites wore black! Ban the dreaded fish tail frock for the Oscars, please!
Aw, I’m pretty sad to see Nicole Kidman missing here. She was the best “in black” last night imo, even though I did love Kate Hudson’s McQueen as well.
Kidman certainly deserves a spot over a few of the women here…

I’m not sure that this photo of Katharine McPhee does her justice. She looked stunning in the red carpet footage that I saw. Also, the photo posted of Halle Berry doesn’t do her dress justice. It looked gorgeous on the red carpet footage.
I’m surprised that Nicole Kidman and Megan Fox are not included in the best dressed line up. I was about to mention that Miranda Kerr looked stunning as well but then I saw your post after the best dressed line up.
When I first saw Kate Hudson on the red carpet footage, I wasn’t that enthralled with the dress but, after multiple viewings, it has really grown on me. It’s now one of my favourites.
I am also very impressed with Helen Mirren. It’s great to see someone who is a little older wearing something that is fashion forward but that doesn’t make her look like mutton dressed up as lamb.
I actually thought Jennifer Lawrence looked sensational, that dress was made for her body!
I LOVED the color and skirt of Jen’s dress. My problem was the bodice–it looked fine straight-on, but when she turned to the side the bust looked incredibly strange. It was like pointed, sagging cones.
My personal favourite was Julianne Hough.
But from this selection, I voted for Lucy Liu.
I just want to thank FC and the other RFCA contributors for their incredible (and ongoing!) coverage of overlapping events over the last few days. I worry that FC won’t have time to get some beauty sleep in before her big Oscar moment!
Lucy Liu stole the show for me. I remember her the most but they were all beautiful.
+1 Lucy Liu was perfection. But I had to say I had a hard time choosing because everyone looked gorgeous! I hope this a preview of what to expect for the Oscars. Because the past Oscars and awards seasons have been lackluster at best.

Oh, relax! You know how much time and effort it probably takes to get this survey up after such an insanely busy night trying to post all the looks? Not everyone will agree. Some of my personal best dressed were not up there but I’m not upset about it. Get over it.
Lucy Liu was like a breath of fresh air, I can forgive the fact that her ball-gown look was a bit out of place at the event.
Naomi Watts (loved the rich dark hue and the drama of her look)- runner-up.
Kerry Washington’s look is pretty and still growing on me but somehow I expected something a bit more impressive and memorable from her esp. after her exceptional tour looks last week. She, Emily Blunt, and Taylor Swift follow.

Lucy Liu got my vote, with Naomi Watts a very, very close runner-up. (To be honest, I had to flip a coin to decide between them!)
If I had to pick a 3rd place, I’d have an equally hard time deciding between Emily Blunt and Taylor Swift.
No one goosebumps moments this year but my favourites were Lucy Liu, Catherine Zeta Jones, Heidi Klum, Kristen Bell and Naomi Watts.
Nicole Richie was actually one of my best dressed and I also loved Lucy Liu, Taylor Swift, Anne Hathaway and Naomi Watts but in no particular order.
While not best dressed material, I also thought Francesa Eastwood looked lovely in white and Sally Field was so beautiful.

Julianne Moore was the best dressed IMO but since she’s not here I have to go for Nicole Kidman. She hasn’t looked that good in ages.
Where’s Michelle Dockery and Julianne Moore? They were the best dressed of the night hands down. Even Amanda Seyfried was better dressed than almost all the ladies on this poll IMO

I am shocked Kate Hudson is so popular. Her hair ruins it for me. I cannot acctualy see her dress because it is partly covered with Kate’s hair.
Kind of “meh” Globes this year… Not bad, but nothing really impressive or that’ll stick in my mind for more than a couple of days.
I do want to point out Kerry Washington’s incredible run, I cannot believe how impeccably she’s dressing this year, it’s simply spectacular.
Other than that as I say, quite meh imo. Heidi Klum did stand out, but I can’t help but miss Zoe Saldana and Cate Blanchett at this type of big events. They bring the top game.

Why is it that people almost always votes for the woman with the biggest, fluffiest dress? Kate Hudson is my favourite, I think she looked so stunning and elegant.
