Cody Horn may have gone unnoticed by some, but not by me when she took to the red carpet at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in LA on Sunday evening.
The ‘Magic Mike’ actress, known for her love of edgy designers such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Cushnie et Ochs and Thakoon, donned a beautiful Vionnet gown on this occasion.
Her beautifully draped lilac Grecian gown, with a cut-out bodice and black silk georgette trim, was effortlessly styled with minimal jewels, barely-there makeup, including a pink lip colour, and a simple updo.

I love this look – except the hair looks a little dull. And I would have loved to see a miniaudiere here, maybe a black sparkly one to go with the dress accents.
+1
Simply beautiful.
WOW!! Love this look so much! One of my fav!
Not a fan. I think the black band at the collarbone is ridiculous. She was sitting at the front table–I wondered who this was.
Her father is the chairman of Walt Disney Studios, hence her good sit at the GG… and her role in Magic Mike
I agree with you about the black band at the collarbone. It utterly destroys the line and the flow of the drape. Not good.
Me neither. not liking this look.
I think she looks beautiful! She was my pick for Best newcomer of the year, always looks good on the red carpet!
I like the color, but not the plunging neckline and awkward black bands.
Isn’t Vionnet a dress designer–contemporary of Coco Chanel?
I love the dress, hate the hair.
I really want to like this all the way. Right now, it’s off a bit for me.
It’s a bit meh.
This is a good look but I do think I would have liked it more if the dress didn’t have the black band at the chest. I feel like it is competing against the waistband.
