Jamie Foxx In Ozwald Boateng – ‘Django Unchained’ London Preimere

Jamie Foxx In Ozwald Boateng - 'Django Unchained' London Preimere

The ‘Django Unchained’ red carpets have started the year with truly stellar fashion. Jamie Foxx’s appearance at the movie’s UK premiere at the Empire Leicester Square in London, added another feather in this film’s plume.

The handsome actor pulled off a saturated, technicolor ensemble from British designer Ozwald Boateng. The splashy suit was done in an intense peacock blue and worn over a nearly neon turquoise button-down shirt.

A black tie and sleek black loafers kept this vivid and gutsy statement in the cool rather than cooky territory.

Only Jamie could pull this off with such class; this look makes him one of the most memorable males on the red carpet in recent memory.

I am so impressed! I am not at all familiar with Jamie’s red carpet looks but this will definitely stand out in my mind. The colours are fantastic.

O M G, Jamie is killin’ it! I love when a fella wore a bold color suit without makin’ it look ridiculous! Jamie is my man right now, totally BDOTW

Love the colors. He can pull it off. I just wish it weren’t cut so loose.

This suit is a bold move. And even though my first thought was “The Joker”, I think Jamie pulls it off thanks to his confidence.

I’m not crazy about the shirt but the suit is marvellous and he wears he well.

Kudos to him for his daring choice, but I still can’t decide if I like it or not. The colors kind of remind me of The Joker, from Batman.

Lol…I see what mean with the joker reference lol

DAMN! He just looks SO cool. Especially on the first pic with his “I know I’m working it” pose. LOVE it!

The colors — wow. The slimmer trousers and the elegant tailoring are a cut above his prior look. Guess I better start my BDMOTY list.

OMG!!! I could not contain myself when I saw this on the Daily Mail site yesterday. I was on pins and needles waiting for you to feature it, FC. Thank you for showing him alone so I can bask in the beauty of this suit. I love that the colors work so well with his skin-tone; and that he kept the tie and shoes black so that the focus could be on the vibrant colors. I am overjoyed to see Ozwald on the RC again. I can only hope that Jamie wears him to the Globes and the Oscars. Fingers crossed!!!

I haven’t been impressed with men suits this last week but this is it! BDOTW for me!

Sorry, for me, this man has no style at all. This outfit is a eyesore.

  14. amparo January 11, 2013 at 18:12 #

    He looks fabulous!!!!

The fit is impeccable, the strong bold colours play off each other beautifully. Normally I’d probably say that it’s a bit too vivid and ‘in your face’ but with Jamie’s cool persona it’s a hit.

I love it when men wear something interesting on the red carpet besides the traditional black suit. He pulls this off quite well.

That shirt is rather eye-searing, but I like the richness of the suit and applaud the boldness and aplomb with which he pulls this off! Bravo. Very, very memorable.

He was very bold and it paid off. This is better than his previous look and I’m loving the shirt against his skin tone.

Yes he rocked this look. BDOTW of the week in the men’s category in my eyes. Such a stellar color!!
