Brandy was one of the guest performers on Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve special on Monday night, which I’m guessing was pre-recorded as she was spotted on the red carpet in Las Vegas on the same night.
On this occasion she sported long tresses while wearing an Esteban Cortazar Resort 2013 look.
This is the second look she’s worn from the Colombian designer’s collection, which can also boast Solange Knowles as a huge fan.
Dressed in an LWD with a dramatic funnel collar and daring asymmetrical cut-outs at the back, she styled her one-sleeved frock with Tom Ford over-the-knee anaconda stiletto boots, which have also been spotted on Rihanna and Miley Cyrus.

I think she is making the right steps. I like the fact her clothes dont look broke down and cheap. She looks polished and well styled. Not sure I would love her streetstyle choices but on stage and redcarpet she looks so good. Love the dress, the edgier looks. Her hairstyle choices have been fab as well. She is having a great comeback.
The frock is interesting and original, works beautifully on her, the boots are very tackifying though.
I like the fact that she never looks vulgar and cheap ( hello Rita Ora!). For me she looks great even though I am not a fan of those boots0

Not a fan of the dress or the hair, and I LOATHE the boots. So the whole look gets a no from me.
