Recently-single Zoe Saldana appeared to be in great spirits as she saw in the New Year at the James Royal Palm Hotel in Miami, Florida on Monday evening.
The gorgeous actress, who many of you believe is losing her red carpet mojo, looked uber sexy wearing a green frock from the Emilio Pucci Spring 2013 collection, which was accented with leather laces and grommet details.
She accessorized her look with Rupert Sanderson ‘Elba’ pumps, which quickly became a celebrity favourite towards the end of last year. Zoe’s spicy pair featured an iridescent leopard pattern.
Gold Sydney Evan hooped earrings and a simple ponytail completed her NYE look.
Usually I love everything Zoe wears, but I’m on the fence on this occasion. I think this dress is more suited to someone like Jennifer Lopez or Fergie.

Love the baseball challenge comment above! But I actually like this dress and I like it on her. It is playful and cute and she looks like she feels good in it. Agree that these are not exactly the right shoes.
I have no complaints, everything works – the shoes do work with the dress, the rest of the styling is spot-on, and Zoe carries off this edgier sexy dress very well.
She looks som much better since she gained a few pounds. I find her more “exotic” and less “hollywoodlike”
