During the holidays, Sonam Kapoor attended Imran Khan’s house-warming party, which was attended by many local celebrities.
The Indian star wore an Alessandra Rich Fall 2012 dress.
Her pale-pink dress with long ribbon sleeves and a silver waistband was styled with a silver Jimmy Choo ‘Tube’ clutch and gold Jimmy Choo ‘Fiona’ sandals.
The dress is divine, but is quite lacklustre on Sonam as she fails to breath any life into the look.
Sonam’s heavy makeup and her decision to mix metals when styling this look puts me off.

I agree that the makeup is really not right here. She needed to go more ethereal than punchy with the red lip. I like that she wore flat sandals but needed to stick to silver. Not a great look I’m afraid.

Agreed,I wasn’t keen on it either. Some of the Indian fashion press were saying it was similar to Gwyneth’s Tom Ford look (which i think may have been the intention to emulate here) but I didn’t agree with that!
A lot of the charm of the dress was lost for me with the way she posed for the cameras. Had she kept her hair glued to her body, and let the sleeves give a cape like impression, I would have liked it more. Don’t you agree, FC?
And ya, the make up does look overdone.
Not only did the look fall flat it was also way too over-dressed for a house warming especially if you see how casually dressed everyone else was at the event…
The dress is beautiful, i think heels would have made her more confident she looks very uncomfortable
she looks 20yrs older,so no not a good look at all
