Welcome back. I hope you all enjoyed the holidays.
An exciting year of fashion lies ahead, with Awards Season kicking off next week with the People’s Choice Awards followed by the Critics’ Choice Awards, the Golden Globe Awards and many more in between before the Oscars in February.
Later on today I will be posting three sketches from Roland Mouret for you to pick my Oscar dress, which I can’t wait to share with you.
Hopefully you are all caught up on the Pre-Fall 2013 collections, because Spring 2013 Haute Couture Fashion Week takes place this month with the Fall 2013 Ready-to-Wear kicking off in early February.

I’m also very excited about Awards Season, but it also makes me sad that Awards Season intersects with my exam time (and I also have to finish my assignment, oh my). I do hope I’ll be able to keep up with all the Award shows taking place in the next weeks.
+ double excitement for the Couture and RTW fashion weeks!!

Happy 2013! I am beyond excited for this award season and your coverage, as is the case every year. I’m looking forward to the Grammys (musicians are just as capable of looking amazing as actresses but don’t get enough credit IMO), Oscars, Golden Globes, etc etc…(why can’t February get here fast enough???)

Happy New Year FC! I have been following RCFA since the 2012 Oscars and read it pretty much daily because I really enjoy your postings. I don’t comment very much because I feel like I am still learning all the fashion lingo. My 2013 RCFA resolution is to definitely comment more this year!
