We haven’t seen much of Felicity Jones on the red carpet lately, but she did attend the British Independent Film Awards 2012 yesterday evening, which were held at Old Billingsgate Market in London.
Keeping things uber-simple, she wore a Christian Dior white silk dress with an etched rose-petal print plus a sheer yoke and sleeves.
Her red clutch provided a stark contrast to her dress, while the black pumps don’t add much at all.
While the dress is perfection, I can’t say the same about her accessories.
The face of Dolce & Gabbana makeup opted for barely-there makeup, with cat-eyes and silvery eye shadow completing her look.
Do you like Felicity’s styling of her Dior dress?

I’m not crazy about the bag and shoes. If she had changed those I think I would have really liked it.
+1 hair and makeup is sweet with that pretty with that dress. The accessories look like an after thought.
Boring!
+1 Total snooze.
+2, the styling is way off.
Hmmm, taking the concept of effortlessness a bit too far. Sometimes, less is just … less.
Zzzzzxx
I agree with Dee. This is a definition of boring.
Dull
The dress is BEAUTIFUL and I like the clutch. Had she chosen a skinny belt and shoes of the same color and tamed the flyaways in her hair, this would be BDOTW-worthy for me. As it is I’m deeply disappointed.
Agree!
In love with the dress, but I wish she styled it with gold or metallic accessories.
How can anyone call this boring? She always injects life into what she wears. She always looks classic and never overdoes the accessories or makeup. We should be appreciating effortless girls like rather than the try hard bores who wear stripper heels and super tight short dresses.
Sorry, end rat. Lol.
The styling is awful, and I don’t like this dress on her either.
No, I don’t like the styling. The dress is lovely but it needs better accessories, plus… why black shoes with a white cute frock? No way. And a better haistyle wouldn’t been a bad idea!
