Gerard Butler surely had women swooning on the red carpet at the ‘Playing for Keeps’ New York premiere held at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater yesterday evening.
Dressed in Dolce & Gabbana, the Scottish actor looked very dashing in his head-to-toe black look with featured a satin tie and patent leather shoes.
Gerald will be celebrating this morning after being named the UK’s best groomed celebrity male.
He won 32% of the public vote in a survey organised by luxury British men’s grooming brand The Bluebeards Revenge.
Take That star and X Factor judge Gary Barlow took second spot in the best groomed stakes with 17%, followed by footballer and global superstar David Beckham on 8%.

I don’t like head to toe black, i prefer navy, but he pulls this look. Looks good!
He looks good…swoon.
Swoooon.. I love this guy, he looks so good!
This is definitely a swoon worthy look! I really like the all black looks on men.
I love me a hot man in black for lunch.
Dashing. On top of my BDOTW men list next to Darren Criss.
Best groomed, not best groomed – he’s fine as hell either way. I usually don’t like all black men’s look but it looks sexy here.
I don’t get his appeal but I like the black on black suit.
Ditto.
He looks good. I’m a sucker for all black look on men so…
SUPER SWOON.
He looks good, I really like this all black look
I do have to disagree and put Gary Barlow at the top and add Eddie Rayman to the list as well
Handsome :-O
I’ve never understood Gerard Butler’s appeal. Anyway he looks nice in this suit.
I really like the black on black suit.
