Elle Macpherson would’ve left jaws dropping all over the red carpet at the 2012 Mon Cheri Barbara Tag event, which took place in Munich, Germany last night.
The Britain’s Next Top Model host, lived up her moniker, ‘The Body’, by looking sensational wearing a Romona Keveza Spring 2013 gown.
While this fruity lemon hue may not be considered season appropriate, I’m too entranced by how stunning this silk crepe mermaid gown is to care.
My one real complaint is the same ‘old-same-old’ hairstyle we always get from Elle on the red carpet.
A nude Jimmy Choo ‘Cayla’ clutch which matched her nude lips provided the finishing touches.

She looks quite skinny. The hair is meh.
Agh why isn’t it summer? Love the citrus hue.
I love this gown. It reminds me of the fantastic Rachel Roy yellow dress Solange Knowles worn for the MET Gala.
However, sadly, this gorgeous lemon hue piece is the only great thing here. The styling is just plain awful. Don’t you just hate when gorgeous gowns are wasted with bad styling?
WOW. She does look amazing. What a body. Can’t believe how her (buff) arm only looks slightly smaller than her waist
Actually her arms look bigger than her legs which I find deeply wor some. I don’t mind the hair but hate the colour. I stil want to slap her. She annoys the hell out of me
Finally, yellow! We rarely see this color anywhere, let alone the red carpet. It’s simple, but still gorgeous.
I agree FC, the gown is gorgeous but I’m bored by her hair.
+1 Great gown, dull hair.
+2
Her body is too thin for me to find her ‘The Body’ as she has no meat. Any gown needs curves and meat to fill it out [hips, twins and tush], and this gown looks like a column with Elle in it.
The gown is far more gorgeous on the runway model than Elle, even though the lighting is better on Elle’s gown.
I agreed on every point FC made as soon as I saw the photo, apart from the same-ol’ hair this is an eye popping look though out of season.
I’m not a fan of the bodycon look, preferring a subtler approach. Plus this dress doesn’t appeal to me, save for the color, which I prefer in smaller doses anyway.
That dress is absolutely stunning! Not sure about the orange bracelet and the hair is a bit flat but oh I love the dress!
