Almay Global Brand Ambassador, Kate Hudson, launched the new Almay Intense i-Color Bold Nudes and Smart Shade Mousse Makeup at the NoMad Hotel in New York City yesterday afternoon.
The blonde beauty opted to wear a 3.1 Phillip Lim Resort 2013 look, which I know many of you will instantly dislike considering the majority of you hated the pajama trend.
Kate wore a multi-striped white blouse with a floral-print collar decorated with rhinestones, with slim pants with the same floral fusion.
I absolutely love the look (creases aside).
It’s so chic and minimalist, allowing her natural beauty to shine though. This is a perfect, simple, clean look to be promoting makeup.
Kate’s own makeup was equally flawless, with glossy golden side-swept locks and Casadei nude suede pumps providing the finishing touches.
Dare I ask? Love or loathe?

I think she looks beautiful and radiant – except for the shoes, which are awful with this!!!
Kate is really lovely and this ensemble highlights her glowing face. She looks good in very pale colours.
It’s LOVE from head to toe.
I do hate the pajama trend, but this is quite classy in comparative to the previous ones.
I agree with you. I didn’t even think at a pajama when I saw her.
I like this look. She is rocking it

+4 She looks gorgeous in white and she knows it!
I’m on the febnce with this one. I kinda like and kinda don’t. It’s different but then it looks a little sloppy.
+1 – for me, I love the fit of the pants but not liking the silhouette of the shirt with it.
This definitely gets a ‘love’ from me. I’m not a fan of the pajama trend, but Kate makes this look totally chic. And her hair and makeup are perfection.
+1
She looks sooooo chic!
Gorgeous
I like it, it doesn’t feel too PJ like to me. I prefer the shirt fully buttoned to show off the collar detail and I’d prefer the shoes in silver, white or one of the pastel colours in the floral print. Her hair and glow is as enviable as her recent outfits as usual.
I loved it so much and then I understood that the trousers needed hemming. Damn!
p.s. It looks that there isn’t even one seamstress in the whole show business world, since almost everyone seems to be wearing things that are too LONG or don’t FIT./rant over
I haven’t hated the trend, but it has a casualness to it that doesn’t work well on a red carpet most of the time. This is a perfect instance to wear a pajama set. She looks clean and fresh and very approachable, which is what the sponsor wants. Not a fan of the shoes, love the rest.
I like it for May. I loathe it in December.
I have to agree!
As much as I hate the pajama trend, I find this look chic and classy. She looks stunning. Love it!
mmm loathe
makeup and hair are great though
I love it, although I would have preferred a raspberry or cobalt shoe to pull out the colors from the flowers in her outfit.
Yes i loathe it too, there are so many beautiful clothes out there, i don’t get why anyone would want to go out dressed like this!
LOVE!!!!!
Sorry, I want to, but I just can’t get past the creases.
She looks great, so fresh! The classy hair do keeps the look from becoming too lazy looking. She’s a flower child, a free spirit and she pulls this off!
I’m not a fan of the pyjama-trend but this is very lovely. I don’t get the pyjama-vibe from this look.
She pulls this off nicely IMHO.
If I ignore the shoes, I love this look. Hair and makeup are on point.
Kate has the personality and vibe to make this look fabulous though I dont think it would work for most
This is a very unusual look from Kate Hudson and for that reason I find it extremely refreshing. Since I really dislike her shoe choice I love it only from the ankles up.
i m in love with this look of her from head to toe & a gr8 fan of this pajama trend
YAY ANOTHER SPONTANEOUS WOW FROM ME!
I love this look from head to toe! Even if it doesn’t equal a big gown, she just joined my BDOTY list
She is glowing … and I love the look – too bad about the creases though.
I don’t hate the pajama trend but I disliked the most looks I’ve seen so far. But Kate looks gorgeous here. It doesn’t look like PJ and I love her hair and make-up.

LOVE IT! BDOTW for me, she looks so naturally fresh and beautiful.
I want to like this more than I do. I like the pajama trend, but I want this to be slightly more tailored to suit her, and the print just isn’t working for me. From the neck up, she’s as beautiful as I’ve ever seen her.
If this look was simply striped, I wouldn’t mind it so much as it doesn’t feel very pajamy to me. But the floral section the creases really throw it off.
I don’t love or loathe. I like the style and detail but I think the shirt silhouette is a bit off putting and needs to be tailored a bit more. Her hair and makeup is stunning!
love the hair+ the face. the rest, naaaaaaaaah
i’m totally indifferent to pj trend. it looks nice and sleek on celebs mostly but it’s definitely not something that would flatter a fuller figure.
yet, i’ve glimpsed a photo of Kate later that day and I think that’s the only time I actually fell for a Kate look. she was supporting grey jeans, a white tee, same grey suede pumps from this look with a too-die-for menswear inspired coat! see it yoursef, am I right? http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/12/04/article-2242534-1656FE78000005DC-622_638x808.jpg
Didn’t like the shoes, but otherwise, it’s a nice look. The jeans fit well, and the coat looks effortlessly stylish.
She is totally rocking it, I LOVE!
