The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Guildhall in Cambridge and Peterborough City Hospital during their official visits yesterday.
Catherine kept the cold winter at bay, wearing a gorgeous blush cashmere Max Mara coat.
The funnel-neck coat with a patent-leather bow belt was styled with her favourite brown suede Aquatalia by Marvin K Royal ankle boots.
While this is a stylish choice for the Duchess, I was more intrigued by the animal-print dress she’s wearing under her coat.
Kiki McDonough diamond stud earrings completed the look.

I don’t get her new haircut. The coat is very beautiful but the shoes spoil the look for me.
Wow, a hint of animal print! Daring, lol
This coat is uber-chic and Kate looks gorgeous from head to toe. I love those boots and frankly I like the tights here too. I just bought a pair of chocolate colored tights myself!
She looks really good!
Beautiful
She looks good here. I like the whole look.
I must see beauty very differently . To me she is very average looking on a good day and her new hair doesn’t work. The coat is nice but the brown boots and tights hideous. Am glad she kept it closed as it covers the monstrosity that is underneath. This woman isnot a beauty nor does she have a sense of any style.
Wow animal print and everything. I really like this chic look, especially the coat! She looks great.
Great coat.
Very chic coat.
her belt is upside down, but I do like the coat. Those boot though —– doesn’t she know how to take care of suede? They look really beat up! The hair is a disaster on a windy day such as it was in Cambridge. Honestly, this woman needs some styling help and pronto.
I thought she was Elizabeth Hurley for a second.
Meh and boring look as always.
Same here….I am dying to see the animal print dress underneath!!
I am willing to bet its the same cut as the mulberry she wore a couple of days ago! (because she owns a couple of libelula dresses and a beulah london dress of the same cut.)
I love the coat and overall, this is a pretty good look for her.
She looks very chic!
hmm…pale pink and brown…ugh!
