Back in March, Léa Seydoux, who was sporting blue hair for a movie role, attended the ‘Les Adieux à la Reine’ at La Reserve premiere in Paris, France alongside her co-stars Diane Kruger and Virginie Ledoyen.
Lea wore a Christian Dior Fall 2012 eggplant long-sleeve top with a textured calf-length purple skirt with sheer panels, which she styled with eggplant wedges.
Jaime King wore the same look to the launch of Rachel Zoe’s ‘Major Must Haves’ range with Jockey at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood, California last month, opting to keep the statement necklace we saw on the runway.
I loved Jaime’s look until I got to the shoes, which ruin the look for me.
If this was a competition from the ankles up she would’ve won; since it’s not, Lea is my winner on this occasion.

I think Daisy Lowe wore it better :

Léa isn’t pulling this look off at all, I don’t blame her since it’s a hard one. Jaime looks much better.
The shoes are the runway shoes but I agree -not nice. The one trouble with this collection is the high neckline-it needs the necklace to bring down the eye and add symmetry.
The dress suits Jamie’s style so much better, and the look feels incomplete without the statement necklace, and while I prefer Lea’s shoes, Jamie’s (although not that pretty)work just fine with the overall look. Jamie gets my vote.
+1
I think they both needed to wear better undergarments, but Jamie wins for me for pulling the look off with greater aplomb and keeping the key statement necklace. Without it the look really falls flat. I don’t really like either’s shoes, so that isn’t a deal breaker for me here.
