I never thought I would see the day when Charlize Theron and Lindsay Lohan would be wearing the same dress.
Charlize wore this black Dion Lee Fall 2012 dress with sexy illusion panels when she attended the CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards in Las Vegas back in April.
She styled her t-shaped halter dress with Giuseppe Zanotti black strappy sandals.
You could’ve knocked me down with a feather when I saw Lindsay wearing the same dress on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ last night.
The flame-haired actress was on the show to promote her new TV movie, ‘Liz & Dick’.
LiLo styled her look with Christian Louboutin open-toe ankle boots, hot-pink lips and Cartier earrings.
Charlize wins for me; let’s just say she made the better shoe choice.

Lindsay Lohan is just sad. Way too busty for this dress, to begin with. I feel really bad about this talented young woman who is just such a mess.
I don’t like the dress. I actually gave it to Lindsay because it’s the best she’s looked in a while and I like her shoes.

It’s not even a competition. Charlize’s version fits like a glove, she looks comfortable and quietly sexy in it. It’s a perfect look.

I would give it to Lindsay, just because she looks better than she has looked in a long time. And her hair is hiding more of that ugly dress.
There’s no competition here. Lilo only collected some sympathy votes, period. I was surprised that she was able to book Leno. Well, it’s a slow holiday week in the US and Leno is totally passe (like RIM’s behind-the-times Blackberry and the only reason people are using it b/c they’re free company phones).
I actually think this dress would have looked better on a redhead with a fair skin, it’s just that Lindsey Lohan doesn’t have the classiness that the dress requires.
